The first round flyer from every 10 round magazine is gone. I think the problem was carbon and wax in the leade area that softened after one round but got hard again between magazines while reloading the magazine. I may work it some more. Rifle is now good for 1" at 100 yards for five shot groups.

Nice, Ya I use JB Bore cleaner as well, I also use JB bore bright to put the final polish in the lands and grooves. You and I differ, I seldom shoot at Bright color targets, those screw with my eyes, they blur and focus bigger then smaller, also the start doing an end over end flipping thing to my eyes, especially Red. I have very poor accuracy when shooting at the blazing red or orange targets. I hate it when going out to pick up targets at the sportsman store because that is all they have. I just order them from National Target, they are the NRA official type. If you look around, you can get deals on packs of 100 or so. anyway, Good shooting to ya, -Dave

Thanks, Dave. I've spent a lot of time working out what is best for me. Black cross hairs in the rifle scope work well for me on yellow or light red and I can see the bullet hole. With the red dot, black is OK at the target with a red dot but the holes are hard to see against a dark background. I try to use a 4-6 moa size dot with the pistols, which have 2 and 3 moa size dots. That leaves a little outline around the dot so I can center it OK.
