To see results in 2 weeks only doing 30 reps is amazing. You haven't been doing it long so of course you're not going to see much. But is there update? Being that this comment is 6 months old, where you consistent if so how much more did you lose?
Thumbs up! I could not for the life of me figure out how to open the box. It's completely shrink wrapped with sticky plastic. Absolute zero clue which side I was supposed to open. This vid makes it look super easy. I was able to do it thanks to this.
