Thanks for making this video. I have a Q5 which has to have a cooling fan fitted +MOT and only found out when I called them late this afternoon that the part still hasn’t arrived and i stead of 1 day I have the Q2 loan car for another 2 weeks. Controls are totally different to my lovely Q5 so this video was really helpful thanks again
Hi. I found this really helpful as I’m about to change from Audi A1 to Q2. It would also have been helpful to show/mention the electric parking brake and Hold Assist button for those used to manual handbrake. Thanks.

Hi,. Sorry i missed your question! Electric folding mirrors only became standard from around 2019 model cars. Anything before it was an optional extra, for a cost of around £200.
Very good video, however, am I right in thinking you cannot disarm the interior alarm on the central locking, if you just wish to lock the doors but leave children or pets inside the car.
Thanks for the comment. I will have to double check but normally there is a button just behind the driver's side seat on the interior B pillar panel that switches off the proximity sensors. On some models the button is on the side of thel interior door panel. Hope that helps.
@@Lifebikescars Thanks I will have a look as it's for my daughters car. She is concerned that when she goes to pay for her fuel that someone will steal her dog, because she can't lock the car at the moment due to the dog's movement inside the car.
I'm not longer at Audi unfortunately so don't have access to them anymore. However, the majority of features are the same. You can check out one of my other videos for info on the virtual cockpit as the functionality will be similar. Hope that helps 👍
