A question- is it Harmful to do these bare feet on a carpeted floor ? Or should always wear the right sort of shoes and practice on a wooden floor ?

@@monadash4449 bare feet on carpet might just be fine. The shoes are recommended to cushion the jumps/hops/lunges.. esp in intense routines but if you feel comfortable.. then its fine

Bhut accha lgta hai muze workout krte samy....aapki channel ne Meri life hi badal di thanks man..roj aapke 30_30 min ke 2 workout krte hu mai morning me 60 min dance..bahut pasina niklta hai..Mera stamina bhi bad gya..pls muze batao ki 60 min dance krne see koi side effect to nhi hoga na... Jada exercise se kuch nhi hoga na..pls rply..muze wight loss krna hai

Hello Mam Since the starting of July I've been following your workout videos and I'm truely enjoying🙏.. Just a question.. Is it true that one shouldn't exercise after having breakfast or any meal? Ofcourse not a heavy meal.. but what should be the ideal before and after food? I workout in the evening after my college...

Thanks Sibani for choosing to dance with me 🤗🙏🏼 Yes you should not dance after major meals like breakfast, Lunch or dinner.. give a gap of 1.5 to 2 hours atleast. You can have beetroot juice or coconut water .. for pre/post workout if you like

Yaar aaj cool off likha hua nai aaya this is not done aaj ka waise bhi bada dhasu session tha actually mere pair kay palm may bahut dard hota while dancing ,as ur are a gud coregrapher wohi apna mastani wala dance aaj bhi dekhne mila ,jab woh nagin dance chalu tha, beech may Mithun da bhi aa gaye , actually mujhe hey na aapse bahut saari baatein karni , about ur dance & something about my life ,kabhi zara fursat nikalo huzur, abhi khali hu toh baat ho jayegi baad may toh wahi zindagi jhand honey wali hai try to take out some time for this garib insan 😭😭😭😭😭😂😂😂🙏

Ua workouts are part of my routine now... Love to do them... I'm from karnataka... While doing this workout today felt really happy when one of the famous kannada songs came up..
