Noah Ortega I do wait, but it just look kind of annoying, and sometimes I would like to read the gauges immediately after the engine starts, not like 5 seconds later
Damn. People need to test the truck out before they talk shit about it! The Chevy Silverado is literally one of the most top selling trucks out there!! My Personal Opinion I love this Truck!
You are easily the best POV channel hands down. from following you since so long under 100k, and ive watched alot of youtube, this is by far the top #1 channel
I work at a Chevy dealership in Internet sales, and I'm gonna be the first to say that the interior of these new trucks is... well... not great. At all. But the 2500HDs and 3500HDs, in particular, are impressively good work trucks. They drive, ride, and handle exceptionally well for heavy-duty trucks... like insanely and unbelievably well. The capability of these trucks is also currently unmatched. The new 6.6L gasser V8 is amazing, and the Duramax with the new 10-speed Allison is even better.
I drive one myself, i daily it, use it for work. Owned it for a while now. Had 10 miles and put in 30k miles. The truck is super smooth, less body roll, the steering is a bit stiff, the acceleration really has a punch at low speeds. It can handle turns, gas is really good on it tbh, Only thing i do not like about the truck, is that the column shift is super stiff and sturdy comparing to a 2014-18 silverado or older. Coming from those trucks, its a habit i have to change because i would slap it into gear like a charm. This one is different. Thats about it of my review.
Gas or diesel? I wonder if 18" wheels would give a smoother ride? I'm interested in the slightly shorter (length) double cab standard bed 6.6L gas engine in the LT trim with the Z71 4wd (18" wheel) option.
It’s actually best to turn the wheel the other way before stopping and then turning it due to wear on the tires. And wear on the electronic system. If it’s not an electronic then it would be putting a lot of stress on the power steering which could fail a lot sooner than you think. I can’t stand people when they turn their wheel when they are at a dead stop. When I turn. I turn it while it’s still reversing. Saves the power steering life and stress on the components. On my 2011 impala LT wants to flutter because it was previously it was a rental and I know it was mistreated that way.
You guys should do a whole video on automatic transmission vs manual transmission overall like maintenance, performance, fuel economy...those sort kd things
I feel GM should have done what chrysler does with their ram trucks and make the Column shifter optional for the suburbans. It seems to fit well in this interior of the silverado. Sure it would have been nice on the suburbans.
Im just watching this because I'm looking to trade up to a Silverado (first truck) pretty soon - and its work related - and I wanna get an impression of what it's like. I cant even imagine what the parking is going to be like, but... this looks smooth and cool. Still gives me the butterflies a bit, though.
moore 57 most trucks sold to individual owners are not used for their original intended purpose so they started making them big luxury vehicles. Chevy has failed here by making it cheap but also by making it look heinous!
I ain't a truck guy, but I just got one of these from work as a work truck, and it's pretty cool. I did always prefer Chevy over Ford or Dodge. But the previous version i see everywhere all the time, one example is at 8:33 and at 9:23 it got redundant. This new look catches eyes alot, especially mine. People shame on this new look because there will always be fanboys of the previous version of anything that ever comes out.
I really think that the corvette was the only one to get like a full interior update from the previous models and newer vehicles they offer just saying
The front end is freakin’ hideous on the 2020s. This is the only reason I can’t find myself liking this new design, well that and the interior didn’t change much. I don’t expect an oversized S-Class, but for the price I wouldn’t want the cabin to look so cheap.
What kinda muffler or exhaust they use on the express cargo van in those Silverado I really like that way is sound like sound so beautiful and nice too 🥰👍🏻
@@isaaccastro5866 Literally every car gets that with the base model. For a 2020 car it should have some "modern" features like this. Honestly this isn't even the only outdated thing about that chevy...
Leonardo Alfonso lexus. you’re comparing a luxury suv with comfort in mind to an american truck that has to have the suspension stiffness to carry weight.
Ok I definitely like the previous look alot better. Looks too much like a damn processed transformer. Especially the GMC Denali Trucks, I'd prefer the previous look way better. (2014-19 gen)
@@CyberHawk2024 Compare it to a VW Caddy from 2019. Or if you want to compare it to older models, go ahead. I even think if Volkswagen would've fitted the Caddy from 2010 with a screen in the center console it would look more modern than this chevy does...
