The all-new 2020 Explorer has been completely redesigned - inside, outside and under the hood. In addition to new capability enhancing features like rear-wheel drive, there are also two new available trims. Explorer now offers a commanding, no-compromise hybrid as well as the most powerful Explorer to date, the all-new Explorer ST. With 400 horsepower, 415 lb.-ft. of torque and top speed of 143 mph, an ST brings the adventure to you.
Once you’re inside the completely redesigned Explorer, you’ll notice an array of available amenities. Interior attributes like tri-Diamond perforated leather seating surfaces, a hexagon carbon-fiber-lined front dash and a precision-engineered center console with a rotary gear shift dial fill the cabin with a refined and dignified look.

Not only is it the only hybrid in its class that can tow 5,000 pounds, it’s also fully off-road capable. The rear-wheel-drive model also offers an EPA-estimated range of more than 500 miles between fill-ups.
