I have a crf 125f 18 and they were only able to sell to me the slip on but maybe in other stores they do have the full exhaust system. Also yes it does make a huge power, sound and speed difference

ECU has fixed settings. You need to tune the ECU yourself. Dynojet sells a power commander with tunes to change the ECU settings. Without the tunes your engine will run lean.
