I wanted to put a review out on my Honda Talon. I've been very happy with it. If you need any links let me know. Please subscribe to the channel. Thanks for watching
This is great to see, i'm eyeballing these currently. I have a pioneer 1000-5 which I love but since we're primarily doing trails (and i'm a honda guy) this seems like the one. Thanks
I like your ideas!.. especially the tablet and mount setup. Would you mind sharing the link to the whole set up? Currently I use my phone and it’s just too small. I wanna go to something bigger and that looks like a very good location! Thank you in advance for sharing! 🙏

Hey my wife likes the roof net /truck net. Who makes it and what size is it that seems like a great idea as as long as it not hanging too low. Great video and we really like the mods you went with. we just got our talon a few months ago and on the first night ride we found you can't see to the side at all your side lights have to be very helpful.
CZC AUTO 22"x38" Black Latex... www.amazon.com/dp/B07D71RVB5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share It's a great fit keep it tight on all corners use zip ties if needed. The lights work great to the side
Good question. I have rode in most sxs brands. The only noticeable noise in the Talon is the engine. No belt noise or whine coming from the belt. Also belt drive has higher rpms at lower speed which uses more gas and is louder in my opinion. All others are belt drive and are noticeably louder. The loudest in cab is the CanAm from my experience.
Did you have to do any tuning after going to 32”s I have been interested in talons since they came out just because of the transmission and known reliability Thanks for posting
I live in NW SC and trying to decided between the x or the r?? Would be doing probably same trails you are… u think there is a big enough difference or not?
Have an opportunity to purchase a 2020 talon x4 with 3600 miles for 16500. Seems like a good deal, what's everyone's thoughts?? No stereo or winch or fancy lights but VERY clean.
Thats probably a good deal just for comparison I bought last week a 2020 honda talon x4 LV identical to the one in this video that only had 465 miles from a dealer in Georgia for 17,500 out the door. It also already had front flip out windshield, rear window, synthetic rope winch, warhead offroad front bumper, 36 inch lightbar, full 1/2 inch skid plate, front and rear high arching A arms, 15 inch aluminum rims, brand new 31 inch carnivores, new battery, fresh fluids in engine, sub trans, front diff, rear diff (all from dealer) superatv cooler mounted in the bed. So all those extras and only 465 miles and I only paid a thousand more. So I'd try to get it for 15k personally but it's a honda so miles wouldn't really scare me just letting you know what we paid from a dealer for ours. You won't regret the x4. Especially if it's a live valve like mine. Just make sure you do the clutch relearn every service. It was a game changer on mine for quieter, quicker shifts. It's the only thing I've had to do. Takes 30 seconds and well worth it. I've since added rock sliders, lower doors, soft upper doors, a heater, a rear cargo rack, rear light bar, street legal kit (I'm in NC where we can drive them on the road) glass windshield with wiper/washer fluid, fender extensions, trailer hitch and few more things but feel free to ask any questions on it. I'm also a 22 year mechanic so I highly recommend the belt less talon over any machine with a belt. I've had 2 others with belts and you'll love the talon in comparison.
Hi, the “custom” light bar brackets on the roof. Are those able to be purchased? I planning out a light bar installation, and I’d like to use the roof screw mount like shown in your video.
Yes those are custom made. I actually changed them to some other brackets from Amazon. They work great and are a little lower profile. Here is the link
Not very impressed,,you have a very sticky tire AND way to much air ,, then you get flats , wth ! ,, that or it was your first time in it ,, I have the same machine, color, exhaust, mine is stock suspension, and it articulates, yours looked like it kept a wheel in the air a lot, mine has 32” tires, factory rear wheels on all four corners,1 1/2” spacers in back ,68 wide now I don’t think that video does anything for what a Talon can REALLY do
