nice review as always... fond of seeing v300d in action - seems that this combo of strong engine and 9tronic works well... BTW just ordered V300d with a couple of options, rear drive (turning circle is smaller by almost 2 m than 4Matic - that's significant in the city) September delivery... Decided after seeing T6.1 (hard plastic all over the place, small boot - comparable to 'compact' V class, 'random' and not that well thought-through integration of new touch infotainment and physicial buttons...) live, V class is really a bit more like a passanger car than VW. Pity MB did not fix the creaking / squeaking of the dash - although when I've pressed the dash on the display vehicle in Geneva (new 'striped' trim) it did not squeak... hm... Maybe it's dependent on the type of trim - eg striped one does not squeak while the others do (eg AMG 'carbon'...)... who knows, but again, thanks for the review, cheers
2 problems. The seat rails. If you have a family they will put food and dirt in to it and eventually the seats will get stuck. Problem 2 the price is just . . . too much.
