I've been watching so many review and vid of the comparison of the 5 trucks. I do appreciate triton mitsubishi it looks great based on the actual reviews
In many reviews, triton always wins in the dragrace coz it has lighter engine, and relatively powerful MIVEC engine. Triton is about 40kg lighter, so it is really an advantage
I did notice the girl holding the cup especially too lop-sided when sitting in Isuzu D-Max but not when in Mitsubishi Triton, slightly lop-sided when in Toyota Hilux. Biased cup holding?
It dosen't matter...the most important thing is she is pretty girl and cute with smile....hehehehehe....the car is up to us, what we like, how much money we have to buy and take care of it and so on...
Another consideration which I think is worth looking into but is often overlooked by new pickup truck buyers: while it may look good and macho for a pick-up truck brand to be among the highest torque in range compared to another competitor brand, how lasting the engine is with minimal maintenance throughout years and years of usage is also important. If the engine is tuned highly just to have high torque compared to others, but engine cannot last long over the years, then no point. It's just a syiok-sendiri only to own a pickup with high torque, can outrun or outpower over pickups of lower torque when on the fast lane, but few years later engine starts to show problem. What do you think, WapCar?
yes I totally agree with you, we want a reliable & long-lasting car, although the Triton wins every challenge, It's not that reliable when compared to the other 2... that's why Hiluxs are one of the most popular pick-up truck in the world, because they'll last for a long time...and if they break down, spare parts are cheap and easy to get
I wonder why pickup truck review as same standard with normal sedan car. I wish pickup truck review more on off road capabilities. Since the car built on that purpose.
What are u trying to achieve with this video review?are these test really for 4x4?,,,try put 1 ton load at the back thru rough terrain, or tug of war, or 10km fuel economy challenge,,thats what the readers really want to see.
Japanese car evolution first Mitsubishi, second Mazda, third Nissan, fourth Toyota, fifth is Isuzu, six Hino, seven Daihatsu, eight Suzuki, nine Honda, ten Subaru, eleven is Lexus
I watch many videos.....it's depends the drivers how good they handling...better same driver test all the 4x4..this 3 drivers have they own skill.....so...hope 3 driver test 3 4x4.so that it will be more fair....as for me all 3 4x4 is the best & powerfully..choose 1 professional drivers like they drive rally ....safari jungle for upcoming next video.thanks...
Bro , instead of comparing 4 wheel cars by counting time with a CUP of WATER on hand ... How about a PROPER -TRACTION CONTROL test , (since you have the right track for testing) -Downhill assist control test, -Ground clearance Limit test -Rigidity test .etc thanks
Good idea.. But a bit unfair.. D toyota needs better driver.. What u should do is have d same guy trying all the cars.. Or maybe do this again.. But change d driver..
This video is not a good source because of each ute is tested by different drivers all the utes need to be tested by one professional driver to make a comment on which is better hilux should’ve won that drag race but the driver wasnt good enough for it
Hi WapCar, can I offer my services and advice to you guys, and might be to some of the auto video bloggers. My credentials are as follows: One of the few Malaysian certified by British Automotive, British Car Manufacturers, Europe Automotive, in car review and development. I travel from Penang to KL and back to Penang everyweek for the last 7 years. Basically I stay in Penang and work in KL. Has vast automotive knowledge, motorsports , industry etc since 1990s. Got my driving licence in 93. Started driving 4 years before that. And many more that I can lay down. Can I ask what are you guys trying to achieve in this video. Unless you are paid by Mitsubishi then it is ok. Other then that I dont find it useful. During the off road challenge, u didnt mentioned what 4wheel Mode are you guys using? Not to mention wrong hand position during off roading. And many more I can comment. This is the issue with our current car manufacturers, using video bloggers as marketing. But message not relayed . Its a pity im not a tech guy or have the time to do this. If not I bet the car brands will get in touch with me. Anyway, kalau ada ilmu, kita kongsi. Im willing to assist and make your future videos amd content more interesting. Please feel free to contact me.
No matter what. I booked Hilux and will stick with my decision although it's failed during AutoBuzz comparison with old turbo and commain rail and now with new turbo and tune.
@@Moonface00z an engine can have different Euro rating. Yes, thailand has higher rating than us because of different diesel quality. But the engines are similar. I know the 1.9 has been around in thailand for about four years now. But IT IS all new in Malaysia. I attended the product briefing back in 2019.
I thought i saw that the hilux came second and the dmax coming third in the table but it was said that the hilux came last and dmax came second in the 4×4 challenge...Just a small complaint
