This thing moves so effortlessly. For people like me who never owned a supercar, or anything that comes close, that’s maybe the most impressive aspect of this car. Of course the full blast acceleration is absolutely overwhelming but a racing car also goes off like a missile...but that’s all a racer can do, while this car can be an absolute savage and the next second it can become a real cruiser. If it wasn’t for the suspension of course....which I would happily ignore on a daily basis. Believe me. Great video, my man. Subscribed straight away. You know how to pull these videos off, no obnoxious music, instead you let the car speak, mumble, shout, sing.....AN ABSOLUTE JOY.
Me too. I am dead set on it being the next car I buy. I will go from a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L 6-6 as my daily driver to a 2009 GT-R R35. Pretty drastic difference. I have a savings account for solely GTR funds (every dime I make from my second job goes into, so within two years tops). Hope you get yours soon too. Oo\_______/oO
Truly will be a sad day when we do finally say goodbye to the R35 in 2022. Left such a huge impact in the automotive world that will be hard to fill by the R36. But sounds like Nissan is taking their very sweet time to ensure it’ll live up to expectations.
I don't know how you drove it around town without a crowd. That looks like Costa Mesa. My neighbor finally got his 2017 GTR Premium. He's literally saved for it since 2010. We could barely drive it around the block without honks, stares, thumbs up and dumb questions. This car has aged well...

Was thinking about getting a used 35 in a few years when ive got the funds. But apparently servicing the car and insuring it is where it really hurts the pocket.

This Nismo is as mighty and pricy as how much Nissan is struggling squeezing the potential out of this old platform. God I miss Mizuno San, he surely won't struggle like this.
The downshift sound and feedback isn't as good as the 2012 nissan gtr35 but the car is still great. Waiting to see the nurburgring tryhards with this car😆
