@@RuRu.x3 they go for anywhere between 120k non vspec and go up to 200k for vspecs and vspec 2s. Colors like bayside blue, white, sonic silver don’t inflate the price from my observations, M specs could exceed 200k easily Edit: these are prices not including import fees
5 years ago is more accurate. BNR34s came down right to 40k for about a year in 2013 then started creeping back up. Now if you finding one in good condition for less than 80k is pretty much nonexistent.
A Boi Ok, but also, compare a Diablo to a new Huracan or Aventador or even the Murcialago to the new ones and they look years old. The R34 still looks unique and one of a kind now, and especially in the late 90’s
"real GTR" Ah yes the R32, the real godzilla. R34 was newer called godzilla and it never had any real racing success unlike the R32 GTR who dominated the shit out of everyone.
I love how they are saying analog so many times when back in the day the r34 was just as much of a super high-tech computer wisardry madness as the r35 is now.
Dániel Ugrósdy I wish jakub would explain what he means by analog and digital though, he kept saying that but he didn’t say if he’s talking about the steering, or the awd system...not enough explanation

@@Djaytekz not true. The R32 (of the most popular generations of the skyline) is the weakest, least technologically advanced of all the GTRs after 1989. That's not at all to say it's a terrible car, it won all 49 Japanese touring races in 1992. But the R34 has the most technologically advanced AWD utilizing electronic rear wheel steering instead of less accurate hydraulic steering. Aerodynamics gave the R34 a front end lift coefficient of 0.1, which is far less than the R32. It weighs a little more, but makes more torque and horsepower, corners harder, and accelerates faster than the R32. This all assuming everything is stock, however.
This is by far my best video on the channel, probably spent 40min watching this 😂 just kept on rewinding! R34 in that config' all day! Thanks guys for putting this together, definitely made my day!
Lot of the older one being better is based off of nostalgia I'm sure but all in all, they're both great cars. Idk which one I'd get, though that RHD is the sweetest feature ever if you live in Canada/USA
4wd some it’s not about numbers it’s about the experience of driving. Yes most modern sports cars have fast automatic transmissions that shift faster than you can and they have better computers and technology. That is not what makes a car fun though. The raw feeling of a car from the 90’s just doesn’t exist in modern cars with safety regulations and emissions. Shifting a manual transmission mint night be faster but it makes you feel much more connected with the car and let’s be honest who wouldn’t rather listening to an rb inline scream.
hitman hit I don’t think computers make a better driving experience though. If you are a real driver it’s way more exciting to have less computers no traction control just you and the car. No automatic transmission just you and your abilities with manual rev matching and an rb screaming with a blow off between each shift. Also I don’t think a single person can honestly put up an argument that the r35 looks better than the r34 it’s not even close.
Had a smile on my face this whole video. Amazing feature. Supras definitely next. Then Subaru 22B STI vs new STI and old Type R vs new Type R. If you can get the AE86 vs the new 86 too would be amazing.
Bro its a travesty what has happened to the amazing character those cars were refined into. I'm honestly curious if Mazda is going to see what happens with this resurgence and do it right (if at all) or just let someone come in and make some abomination (by comparison) in the light of Nu design and high end market. They could have dug out the old blueprints on these cars and made better more refined reproductions with slight modifications to things and they probably would have sold like crazy. All these newer ones have just been pushed out of their old market into more expensive ones while running away with the badge/name and history that their very unique predecessors created simply with their presence. I think that's why these cars don't do that much for me but when I see any one of the OG trio I get legitimate chills like, oh snap.
I love how you guys are able to have conversations with each other the whole time while providing excellent reviews of each. I want to make these kinds of videos
@@Okidoc There's two sets of morals and values at play here (saying two, just to keep things simple) - lets call them "smacking good" and "smacking bad". Obviously the situation is far more complex than that but lets just use it as an example. At the moment, neither set of morals and values conflict with Australian law, so both are "reasonable" in this society. People are free to choose it as a parenting technique or equally to choose NOT to use it. Both choices are "good" and "right" depending on your own personal moral viewpoint and both choices are legal. So it doesn't matter which group you're in, your view is still the "right one".
What a great video. After watching I had a look at prices here locally and was shocked to see that they are about the same price. Obviously good quality R34's are not going down in value.
I got 600ps Bayside Blue R34 and 2014 R35 after watching this video. Thank you for making me giving bad financial decisions. However, I would not be happier.
Austin King there’s literally all kind of weed here do you even know how weed works man? And get a permit you can grow 400 plants per permis. Damn virgin
Really lovely video. I had an R32 non-GT for awhile, not as powerful but the same DNA, a pure pleasure to drive (the hood rises on boost and makes you seem literally airborne, and rear slides out at a flick, among the , coolest features I remember)
If you don't have many unlocks and don't care what you get, the Mystery Chests are probably good steals. If you do care about what you get or have a lot of unlocks, those chests may not be as appealing to you Personally, I use Glory for Hero Unlocks and ICE for skins that I want. As far as Card Boxes go--just remember that they're mostly intended to help you finish a Skin, not to outright craft it. For the particularly ICE-conscious player, I'd advise waiting for the right deal when you have enough ICE to get through most or all of the Card Box For more tips on saving ICE/economy issues, check the relevant wiki page Edit: Not "chest" it's a "card box" rip
mate, do u think you are poor ? im from turkey minimum wage is 2300 lira and 1 dollar is 6 lira also our state wants 1.6 engine %60 1.6-2k %110 under 2.0 k engine %160 car tax(when u buy).also u have to pay 45 k lira per year for 4000 cc new car ( teacher salary is 50 k for 1 year) . so its expensive car for you , but imposible for us. even millionaries cant buy r35 in here because its 4.5 million lira
Im only 14 and The r34 is my dream car... I plan on getting an r32 because its street legal, but after 2024 Im going to save as much as I can till Im able to afford it
K S are we the same person? Because I had the exact same experience about 3 years ago. Ever since I was 5, it’s been my absolute favorite machine, and I finally got the chance to visit Tokyo a few years ago. The very first R34 I ever saw in person was a bayside blue GTR that revved up and blew through the crossing once the light turned green.
Yuri, I knew you were doing something on youtube with cars awhile back but it took a Linked In article on your RU-vid award for 1 million subscribers to get me to click the link. Stoked you see your success!! A long way from snowboards and vinyl stickers. Congrats!!!!
It genuinely makes me sad being someone that grew up dreaming of owning a Acura NSX and Skyline GTR R33 & R34, it’s a long stretch for me to afford one. Even if I succeed in college and become a mechanical engineer and earn the above-average salary of that field, I don’t know if I could justify owning what is deep down essentially an old Nissan that makes cool noises and has the steering wheel on the opposite side. I don’t know. With even R33’s (the generally least favorite generation, ironically also my favorite generation GTR) hovering around $50k, god knows what a decent R34 GTR will go for when it’s legal. I hope in the beginning so many of them are imported that they eventually go down in price, but that’s not happening with prices going so high mow
That was top gear's favourite car aswell Jeremy loved it and I agree with him this car is amazing I love the old Nissan's the make brilliant sports car
