I love the interior of the Rebel. To me, the interior of the Rebel outshines most of the options Chevy and Ford both have for interior options in the price range of the Rebel.
Just bought my 2020 Black Rebel with the Black package yesterday. Thanks for the videos. You helped me decide what I wanted and jumped on one I wanted as soon as it hit local inventory.
Not much to tell that isn’t in the video. I have an affiliation discount to work and paid the same or less then current 2019 offers. So I went with the 2020. I can answer if you have any specific questions. Just drove it 600 miles (10 hours) each way on vacation last week. Was great experience. Traded in a 2014 Durango and not regretting it. I’m loving this as much or more as I loved my old Silverado SS from a few years ago.
The Gauge cluster trim rings are black instead of red aluminum like my 2019. Minor difference, but noticeable. I love the red! I also like the silver skid plate.
Two things that the ram 1500 rebel desperately needs is a memory setting for the driver seat and electronically Dimming driver and passenger outside mirrors

At that price point the new Rebel should come standard with the three sixty camera and ventilated seats especially when the truck comes with full leather.
Ram still does not offer a 360 camera on it.? For 2020 and still no Fox shocks or King shocks like you see in ram rebel TRX.and why don't they put dislocating sway bar like on a power wagon I would love to have that on the rebel

How is the road noise and tire noise. I test drove a Laramie and it was so quiet and not road or tire noise at all. I am worried that the rebel will have a lot of tire noise cuz of the tires.
I ended up going with the limited in black but I really wanted the rebel initially, the reason I didn’t get it is because I didn’t like being forced to have so much red inside but it’s still bad ass just look at it.
Ben Hardy That’s awesome it’s a matter of taste in the end I mean we like what we like right? How are you enjoying the RAM so far? I love mine the ride is great with the air suspension and 5.7 HEMI with 3.92 has great power. I also love the 12 inch screen and the 19 speaker sound system, those are some of my favorite features how about you?
Can you daily drive on the off road highest setting of the air suspension? I figure it may feel like a lifted truck that way. Or is it not supposed to be driven long that hieght?
I don't like the black on black. Never understood. Now black wheels and black front end with black lights on a gray, silver, or earth tone would be awesome.
I wish the black appearance package was available on a Rebel that wasn't painted black. Just ordered one with the maximum steel color. Did I hear you say the doors are always trimmed out with the red even with the all black seats?
There is a silver ‘19 that I’ve been keeping an eye on near me. I’ve been hoping it will still be sitting on the lot in October when I can actually buy something. Now that black out package might not make me feel bad if it’s gone.
I can only wonder with all those extras, what kind of warranty comes w them,like the air suspension and after warranty is out how much is replacement?good lookin truck tho
Ben with the ram 1500 rebel can you drive the vehicle at low speeds with the air suspension in entry and exit mode? Say for example to get into a parking garage with a Low Ceiling?
Well I was seriously going to look at a rebel with eco diesel later this year but if it doesn’t have 360 camera system I might have to go with the gmc at4
I love the rebel 12 group with the black appearance, but if I could I’d order it with the 12 and black appearance group but keep the cloth seats. I think the vinyl/cloth design is way more attractive than the plain black leather. Thoughts ?
Ben did you get the Air Suspension on yours? I typically do a level on all my trucks. I'm just worried about the statues of the air suspension after it fails. I would always have it in off road two mode. I don't like a low front end. Or a low truck at all.
My only concern with the black appearance package is the metal skid plate right below the tow hooks when a stone chip hits that skid plate does the black paint wear off?
For the Ram only the Rebel trim has the red parts in the interior, in case you dont already know since this comment is a bit old now lol, sorry didnt read this sooner
no vented seats, no lane departure/lane assist, no adaptive cruise control, no 360 camera. How fucking fail is the packaging team that is in charge of this shit.
Beautiful truck , but just overpriced a bit. I cant imagine spending that kind of cash and beating up on it..mine currently is a pavement princess lol...if I had this thing I'd be waxing it every day and just looking at it everyday..lol...as usual nice review..👍
Ben Hardy I drove the e-torque when they first came out. I couldn’t tell any difference and certainly not worth the extra money. Maybe it would be better if pulling a trailer.
Nice trucks but it's just hard to trust anything under the FCA umbrella, A Huffy bike has more reliability and quality then these Ram trucks- all these packages, and bells and whistles can't cover the fact that it'll be in the shop most of the time... you can cover up sh*t with glitter but underneath it's still sh*t..
But it’s a Ford, the Walmart of vehicles. You want something special, that turns heads, you buy a Ram... it might cost a little more but you get what you pay for
