Looks pretty damn good, just needs a white roof, AC, the better black plastic windows from the inside, window tint and a different front sign, love the rim covers ! Looks better than ours that are just plain lol. Still waiting on our 3 new c2s to enter service :( guy I spoke with said probably when we come back from christmas break. Are those LED headlights?
I would have ordered more on these but my treasurer put the kibosh on the other specs I had. I originally had tints, white roof. And air horn but wasnt allowed those options due to cost.
I know the transportation director that ordered this bus. He says its among the first in the state to have Alcoa rims, since Ohio recently started allowing them.
Yes we were the first to order them through Myers our Thomas dealer (for an Ohio school). Some schools down in the southern parts of Ohio have them already but we are the first for all of Northeast Ohio.
Ryan Dunn That’s awesome! I haven’t seen anyone with them down here! We’re supposed to get 3 new C2’s but we’re not getting the bright rims, unfortunately.
@@jacobyoung3330 are you from Ohio as well? Wilmington has them in the southern part of the state. Two C2s. There is a few IC CEs running around too on the western side of the state with the rims.
Ryan Dunn Yeah, I drive for Adams County/Ohio Valley! I didn’t know Wilmington even had C2’s. All I’ve ever seen them in is Blue Bird’s. Hillsboro got some last year with LED headlights. The ones coming in will have those.
@@jacobyoung3330 oh yes I've seen some of your fleet. Nice buses for sure! Certainly in the complete opposite part of the state too! Yes, Wilmington's director is a bus nut like me so he likes to spec the buses out pretty well. Hillsboro got Visions or C2s?
Thank you so much for this video! I am the Director of Transportation for Boardman and these four are my first new bus purchases for my school. Very proud of these buses!! Hope you got to see my C2 as well.
@@cdcruizer05 South Carolina got rid of the 1995-1996 Thomas Built ER models. I think they're replacing them with Thomas Built C2s, Blue Bird Visions (Propane), and Blue Bird All American T3 RE models.
