Thruxton is the name of a racing circuit in Hampshire, England on the A303.

I lived 7.5 miles from there, in Andover. I also learnt to ride there in the 70’s, when they still had the motorcross track. That went years ago unfortunately.

I ALWAYS ENJOYED WATCHING YOUR UNBOXING & FUNNY 2 C THE WHITE THRUX R THAT]S WHAT I HAVE, I WAS SURE I WAS GONNA GET THE BOBBER. THE LAST VIDS I WATCHED B 4 BUYING WERE YOUR UN-BOXING ( 2 get me in the mood) BUT IN THE END I HAD TO HAVE THE MORE FUN SPORT RIDING (after 12 years on a cbr 600 tracked out rocket) &NAILED A TRUX R, STILL RED LINING THE THING BUT JUST GOT BACK FROM YOSEMITE & FUCK TE BIKE HANDLES SooOOO F'ing AMAZING DAMN TRIUMPH REALLY HIT A HOME RUN. PS. GOT TO GT THE SATO SLIDERS & PROTECT THAT ENTIRE HEAD STOCK! THE BIKE IS A BIT HEAVY

Back when I was a Triumph dealer, we used to have a minimum of two machines delivered to not incur a delivery charge etc The Machines were delivered on a ‘flat back ‘ truck The driver gave us a ‘bill’ / ‘invoice’ and we gave Him a cheque to pay for the motorbikes We did a ‘Deal’ with Meridan Factory To always have 3 of their products in stock/ showroom At the time ( mid eighties) we were also ‘multi franchised’ selling all the ‘new’ Japanese products Which was good business But The people/ customers who purchased the Triumphs I remember 35 years or so later I can say more But for now, that’s it!

I really hate the look of the front fender on the R’s. Looks cheesy. I’m sure it’s functional to an extent but I don’t plan to track my bike or ever top it out

Unfortunately that will be up to Motoprimo and whomever takes over the channel as Dan has moved to another state. But keep watching as the rocket wont hit the USA until about November.

junk no horse power ! Same motor that went on the speed master triumph put two people on the bike and the engine clatters ! an on long trips the engine rattle like bearing or oil problem like the motor was overheating ! never buy another triumph ! an they still can't make a decent looking cruiser bike !
