My 2019 Gear up is fine crusing at a steady 72 out on the superslab...but I just got it new about 2 months ago. Not sure how it will do on a hot day ??
Demo day at a motorcycle dealer, a friend and I rode one. We were escorted and had to follow a leader and we took turns as the operator/ side hack passenger. We both had to laugh out loud it was a hoot. They steer with throttle one way and the other way under deceleration. I’d rate as more of a novelty and I personally couldn’t justify a purchase of one. The demo team brought two of them to State College Pa but only one was working order, this made the wait on your turn a bit longer.
Fuel management system - I’d say if tested out at four extra horsepower - that’s almost a ten percent increase in available power - that is substantial.
Привет из России !! мне сейчас 45 лет, но мы в своём детстве, в 16 лет, катались на таких.. у многих был такой мотоцикл .. Я поздравляю тебя с приобретением .. Greetings from Russia !! I am now 45 years old, but in my childhood, in 16 years, we rode on such.. many had such a motorcycle .. I congratulate you on your acquisition ..
Hey guys another great video! One question. On the ural site they say that the 2020 bikes also have some upgrade to the side car suspension. It says for more load capacity. Do you know if that is true? You didn't mention it in the video. THANKS
There are springs inserted into the inside of the snowmen under the sidecar. It simply helps to keep them from collapsing. Load capacity of the vehicle remains the same
Hi! Is there any explanation for the fact that there's no safty belt in the side car? Would it be an unuseful option if it existed? Thanks for your answer!
Short answer is that motorcycles do not have seatbelts and the sidecar is an accessory to the motorcycle so it is not required to have a seatbelt either
@@heindlengineeringmotorcycle I didn' ask from a legal point of view and I didn't intend to criticize the lack of the safety belt. I just wanted to know that such an accessory would increase the passenger's safety, or not. I was thinking at the situation when the motorcycle overturns. Thanks for answering, anyway!
Very nice. Umm... I'm not riding in 35 degrees without heated gear. Then again, I'm in middle Georgia so thankfully we don't see 35 and below for too long here.
Such motorcycle has never been produced in Russia, the factory is bought by the United States and produces other motorcycles under the stolen brand, the real uranium is known only in Russia.
Hey Miguel . Been cruising on my Patrol since 2007 . Never had a problem. It’s sturdy and enjoyable. It can take a beating and remains straight and capable! You should check one out . Guaranteed to put a smile on your face . Took a couple Harley owners for a spin in the sidecar this weekend and they LIKED it !
Lighten up Ron . Don’t be so serious. It’s a URAL . A little TLC in , and a lot of fun in return. It’s a beast in sand , rocks mud and snow ! And a pleasure on a cruise . Good for hauling gear , pets and even your significant other , if you don’t mind takin your turn in the sidecar !!
