My apologies for this video everybody. It was a little rushed since I only had 2 days with it, plus filming by myself, AND I was filming the LA Auto Show at the same time. Hope you all still enjoyed it! Thanks for watching! Edit: Let's talk a little more about the V60 Polestar Engineered. It's a beautiful car, it needs a little more storage space throughout, and it feels incredibly quick off the line with tons of torque! Fun to drive, good fuel economy (didn't have time to accurately gather that information), phenomenal sound system (bowers & wilkins), and super sharp handling! Those adjustable dampers are great but a little too firm at times.

No worries, just a heads up.. Volvo is still a swedish company owning its sub companies Volvo Trucks, Penta and Construction, Volvo Cars is now after Volvo and Ford owned by a chinese company called Geely, but they decided to just own them not alter any strategies.. which means there actually is a manufacturing plant in China but also one in Sweden and one very new one in the states (S60). Its a pretty complicated system now.. but they are not Chinese, if they are owned by a chinese company.

Nobody stocks them and, when they do, they decontent them. Honestly, it's the same pickle that manual transmissions are in; I want the stick/wagon, but I also want the nice features. I Like on the Genesis G70 I want the stick, but I don't want that 2.0T engine and basic seats. Similarly, I don't want a stripper V60 T5 and I don't need the overpowered V60 Polestar Engineered that ultimately isn't much better than a T6 R-Design in how it drives and is, in fact, worse in some ways. Why they discontinued the T6 is a mystery to me.

Wrong, Pal, Gen2 V60’s are Swedish/Belgian/Malaysian built, not Chinese.

V60 gen2 is only built in gothenburg sweden

Technically Volvo Cars is a Swedish company and all product development is made i Gothenburg. V60 is manufactured outside Gothenburg in Torslanda.

I just found about this V60 Polestar Engineered. They've increased to close to $70,000 MSRP. It'll take about 1 year for one to be ordered and delivered.

I currently have the Buick TourX and this is the car I want to get into, but getting one is another question. No one has them in stock so I need to order it. That's a big commitment without driving one first.

Good review until you brought up that the car was “made by the Chinese.” The V60’s are built in three places, none of which are in China. That said, from the phone to the clothes you’re wearing, are likely made in China.

At 17:40 there’s a little battery icon above the gasoline range saying “15”. A little bit cluttered and confusing for Swedish design

It would be great if Hybrid cars would just have the ICE work as a generator for the batteries, since the electric motors are about 5 times more fuel efficient. Makes more sense to use only them and have the engine as a backup generator for the battery
