Good morning. Currently I have a 27’ CC with outboards. I’ve been looking at the Yamaha 275. Just hate to spend that much money if the ride is wet and lots of splash inside the boat, also how’s the ride and if water is choppy and most of all how loud is it on the boat where you can barely hear each other on the boat knowing how jet ski motors can be loud. Pros and cons please would be a great help. Thank you.
Biggest con is the requirement for Premium 93 Octane Gas. Not available at every marina and on land it has 10% ethanol. I loved the boat but the fuel requirement is a problem I could not rationalize away.
Thank you!! Hope all is well under these conditions. Down here in South Florida we don’t have an issue getting Rec fuel thank god. My concerns were there a lot is spray, the ride in choppy, water, and how load would jet ski motors be. Trying to find time when this is all over for a test ride. Wanted to know your opinion. Thank you.
Jet-Ski's are made by Kawasaki... These are bullet proof YAMAHA engines... If ya gonna spend $ 100,000.oo pleeeeeeease inform yourself, read and visit the company website...
hello Dru , i am from france and i could not have any informations between the differents 275 series? could you just explain the big ideas? thank for your channel mate! see you!
It would be the stern handle for tubing but it is not a really good boat for skiing or wake boarding like the 212X and 242X. We are hoping that Yamaha will come out with an X version of that model.
I would say Jet engine, because they do not have the safety problem from the jet engine and sterndrives stick out about 2 ft under the dive platform. They hold their value in the used Yamaha boat market. We have consistently seen a strong demand for late-model, used YAMAHA jet boats. Because the entire jet drive system is located in the hull, it can operate in very shallow water. There no outdrive that could be damaged by hitting bottom. If you like fishing there is a whole line of Yamaha Jet fishing boats and is no need to work around the outboard when fighting a fish, because there is no outboard. The transom design, with its built-in swim platform and seating, makes for a great casting spot. It's also extremely easy to un-hook your catch on the stern, since you can get so close to the water. These boats are best for friends and family time-out.
