The brakes need some get used to because they're fly-by-wire. It's more the position of the pedal and not so much the pressure applied that determines how hard it will break. What I think of this car? ...well, I'm getting one for myself. 😊 I was surprised by your surprise with the car dynamics because you've said you've tested them before. The Stelvio is hands down the best handling SUV. The only thing that comes close is the Macan. Great review, Thanks!
Hi, I got mine via Carwow last July. I was looking at both the Veloce and the Jag F Type 300 sport. I managed to get the same monthlies (£400) and same deposit (£9,500) but Jaguar wanted £25k final payment compared to the Alfa's £18,5k. That swung it for me and I've not regretted it. 3500 miles in and no issues, drives so good, hot hatch levels of handling.
Congratulations Shahzad! This 280 hp Stelvio is a bomb. It has a beautiful design, nice tires and rims and a great interior. I like the engine a lot. The 400nm of torque can all be heard and the sound is like a real Alfa Romeo. Shifting at the wheel is aggressive and exciting. Great car. Very good Shahzad. Bye 😃👍👍
The aluminum feel comes from the use of aluminum. 😊 The Stelvio has lots of aluminum: Besides those interior details, you’ve the suspension, the engine and almost 100% of the body
Love the car, in fact I’m looking at buying one, but this modern era of low capacity high output engines is ridiculous. Half the emissions but twice the fuel consumption??? Typical green logic.
