Some of the same brands I've seen on other videos are not showing the same results from the ph tests. I'm just not sure what to believe of these waters and the ph testing. I will just stick with the faucet water I pay for and filter it out as I had been doing.
Hi MemoGrafix (again), Thanks for taking the time to watch this video and comment! Similar answer to a comment I answered before, Yes I have seen different results around the web as well. From the years I have researched and studied alkalinity, I can say with high confidence that these pH levels are correct for the bottles that I purchased. Some differences might be slight from other bottles that people purchased from the store because many of these waters when manufactured might come from different batches and the pH of the water source could be slightly off. On the other hand, if you see a drastic difference in pH, I would go back to this video to see a true and un biased pH level. My results are 99% correct, there will be a small variance in pH level from bottle to bottle, but from the years of studying and researching pH, I can say that these results are accurate. The general rule of thumb when it comes to alkalinity. If the water has a slight softness and slight sweetness (similar to like a Fiji) the water is alkaline. (as long as there isn't sweetener listed) Bottles that are very cheap and from big brands such as Dasani or Aquafina most likely will be lower in pH due to how large their co-packing runs are and that they have to ship their water across the globe. Most bottled waters that have an alkaline state will list their pH on the label as well (good marketing). If they aren't listing their pH, most likely they are not alkaline and could be leaning towards the acidic side of the scale. If you are into alkalinity and would like to try the world's first alkaline mixer that can turn tap water into tasty alkaline water or a tasty alkaline beverage Check out my kickstarter. I have been working on this for many years and any support would mean so much. I have worked in laboratories for over 40 years, some of the tests I have seen before are misleading, showing the wrong pH scale for the solution used even the wrong type of indicator altogether. There are many pH solutions that can be used but for me a calibrated pH meter is by far the most accurate, I have yet to see anyone who has done this, this has given me an idea, perhaps I should do a video.
AeroFilms : Both Target and WalMart sale the 33.8 ounces of Essentia water for $1.66 per Bottle. That’s right, $1.66. Whole Foods sales the same 33.8 ounces for $2.29.; best water hands down. As a matter of fact, the small Essentia bottles are selling for 5 for 5 Dollars...Let me know if you need help? YKing
Here is my problem with the video, You never saw him pour the water into the cups. This may invalidate the results because not knowing if each cup has the claimed water, there is no way to verify accuracy. Just a suggestion for any further reviews you do.
even doing what you suggest could still be fraud. Anyone could fake like they are opening a bottle for the first time.Yet a different water could of been placed in a bottle ahead of time. There is such a thing as sound effects. So unless we test it for ourselves or look at more than on video test and draw our own conclusion than who knows.lol
Expensive, expensive, expensive... they also say the same thing about ENAGIC water ionizing machines,,, people's mouths are always full of " expensive " expressions and comments,,, but no-one is capable of making a long-term assessment of the " investment - return " balance... An Enagic machine well handled and properly taken care of would last for even more than 30 years... and that is proven by the fact that the company has been around since 1974... I laugh at those cheating ionizing machines manufacturers who set up their biz 2 and a half years ago and offer a life-time warranty on their products or claim them to be guaranteed 30+ years... the cheaters are trying to take advantage of the " renomé " ( that is the good commercial reputation ) of the LEADING WORLD-WIDE MANUFACTURER OF IONIZING MACHINES ( that is ENAGIC ) trying to take advantage of it in order to sell their 0-worth meaningless copies of useless machines which break-down in 4 months' time... Useless stating that I'm an ENAGIC Independent Distributor at your service.... ! ;-0))
Those alkaline levels are correct for all waters but did you know if you bottled them in stainless steel bottles that they would be higher at time of bottling? Plastic bottles leach .5 - .8 of the alkaline from sitting too long on store shelves and some chemicals from tap water help fool the ph drops such as chlorine and lye. I use the ph drops to test my urine weekly to ensure my alkaline diet keeps me up to par.
Also, in construction ( my field ) companies leave cases of plastic water bottles in the sun all day. I keep saying that they're making people sick because plastic leaches chemicals into water when sitting in the sun and then chilled in ice. Itll make you really sick slowly.

Bottled’s better than none. My bottle that I fill from the filter gets used to quickly. I like to have a bottled back up especially if there’s a power failure. Our tap water is trash.
Disappointed the 40 ounce brand is acidic. That brand and concept is honestly what got me consistently drinking water 🤷🏾♂️ oh well I guess when you know better you do better

Wow! Great observation! Lol😅😅 I guess that's his expression logo 😜 Interestingly, everybody has like a subconscious pattern of expression, and you figure out his.
At this site, you'll find out which are the ones - (RU-vid)>> Most Bottled Water Is Filled With Fluoride Here's A Complete List Of Brands To Avoid Life Well Lived
I was drinking Essential and tried other alkaline water that caused me to have anxiety, hypertension, severe headaches and tremors. I started drinking Poland spring water again (I've been drinking Poland for years) and I felt so much better. I don't know if anything too alkaline or too acidic is healthy. I would stick to the neutral waters. Just my opinion.
Linda Love totally agree. Our bodies naturally balance our pH & drinking too alkaline of water could potentially neutralize your stomach acid. Bleach has a pH of about 14 so by this logic bleach must be really good for you!
Nothings wrong with you. You are just overreacting. People have been drinking water for millions of years. 10 years ago you didnt know what “Ph” levels were just because you hear about it now doesnt mean shit.
Robby B Ive bought Dasani water & Deer Park. But I just came across a RU-vid video of which bottled waters contain Fluoride, which is not recommended to drink. I don't remember how Dasani rated, but I also like Deer Park and it contains fluoride. They list every possible brand of water.
@@tinac945 -True. Deer Park contains Fluoride. They were not specific about Dasani and Deja Blue passed the test, it has little or not Fluoride. [This is the website - >> Most Bottled Water Is Filled With Fluoride Here's A Complete List Of Brands To Avoid Life Well Lived
BEWARE!!! I've watched several videos concerning bottled water all using the same drops. I have found that the majority of waters fail except for this guys which leaves me scratching my head. Plain old regular distilled water, not a name brand was the best. This video says Aquafina is bad where another video said this was the the safest to drink. Because there are so many videos giving out different opinions/results concerning bottle water I'd recommend doing your own research at home. Blue & yellow is supposed to be bad where green is best.
Wow. Do you know nothing distilled water? It is not safe for constant consumption. It leeches essential minerals from the body (sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium) causing deficiencies, and is generally considered to cause high acidity in the body. It can also slow the metabolism. It is only safe for short-term use in medicines and for detoxing. If you drink distilled water on a regular basis it should not be the only type water you drink, and you have to be diligent in replacing the minerals it leeches from the body.
Girlie Shortcake - WOW... don't you realize that you can live off of good old fashion spring or distilled water? There should never be the additives you listed in everyday drinking water. If you drink water from the tap like a lot of people do in the United States you will find certain additives that the water company has to use to make it drinkable.
Laura Wright I agree with you. It would be great if they said what part for the country they are doing these studies from. You are going to have Regional bottled water for these companies. So they can be different sourced. So you will get some different results.
You can drink any of these waters. People have been drinking water for millions of years. Just because you found out about this “Ph” bullshit 3 years ago doesnt mean shit. Its all the same thing
Heyy i would like to know which is healthy & safe & the best & cheapest to drink as i always buy this three brands , volvic water , evian water , fiji water ? Thank you so much for your help & tips lol lmfao yolo
You are not using the same amount of drops in each glass. Somevrctgree some are 4.... Goidcstudy ill perform my own with controlled thanks for sharing this wow!
I wish you would have done a pH test on that trash they call Nestle Pure Life. I don't know much about that water besides that they stole it from the public by basically tapping into public resources and diverging it from those natural resources to their facility. But one thing I do know is that stuff tastes like donkey ass and is about as viscous as if you were to mix have vegetable oil and 1/2 water. I've always hated that stuff ever since I was a kid and knew something wasn't right with it
I watch a few different videos like this , and some of the water one said it was good another video said it was bad, so who's promoting what here ???? Evian, water is not good or dasani, or aquafina!!!
This was a great vid! Thank you! I’m trying to figure out a way to drink sparkling alkaline water that won’t be so expensive. Do you know if alkaline drops can neutralize some of the lower ph sparkling waters? Thank you!
Hey Sara! Yes, I have used alka zone drops before, but the issue is that with pH each step up or down is by a factor of 10x. So sparkling water is like 4.5 pH so to boost it to 5.5 pH is 10x and then to 6.5pH is 100x and to 7.5 would be 1000x and so forth. So to use an alkaline boosting drop you would need to add alot and that can make it taste unappealing.
Alkaline Guru Ohhh.. I see ! Yes that is a lot! I have trace mineral drops is that the same as alkaline drops? Or different? I would love to drink mountain valley sparkling water as it has a perfect alkaline ph but so expensive!
It's also important to use a SHOWER FILTER !!! 15-20 STAGE AMAZING. YOU WILL BE HOOKED FOREVER!!! After 6 months open it up and you will be shocked and possibly puke.
I watched this immediately after watching another video that tested bottled water for fluoride. I think one needs to consider both of these factors because while Dasani consistently tests poorly, there are surprises with some of the other brands.
So im hearing to much Alkaline is not good for you,, the ph in our body, that levels should be between 5-6.. What is the best or best answer to keep it at the right levels?
Mariana Baldazo you want water that is around 7-8 because that is the most neutral water. You don’t want either alkaline nor acidic water because it damages your digestive system. Do not be fooled by these waters that claim a ph of 8 or above because that is the same ph of bleach!
Great because I love essentia, eternal and Icelandic. Those are the three that I always buy and sometimes core. I wish you would have done Diamond Water too.
Isn't it so that when lemon is added which is sauer or whatever it will logically turn red? Like it does with sprite since that's a lemon soda. I've heard the body itself alkelines the water added with lemons?
BIG ERROR ON HINT BRAND - watch it yourself folks toward the very end. He puts in two drops THEN two drops more which equals FOUR drops. Plus other commenters noticed each brand's cup was pre-poured OFF the camera - thus this whole 15 minutes that SOUNDED so good was a total waste of time. I'm new to comments; so I guess we'll see how long this comment lasts. IMPORTANT PLEASE - I am NOT questioning the integrity of the poster he actually sounded well intended and I even at first clicked the like button. It's just too too sloppily done against even the barest minimums of objectivity. BUT heh IF IF you do have integrity - pull this YT and it wouldn't take much to - redo - this same test with way way higher standards of objectivity like testing one bottle at a time from SHOWING you BREAK THE SEAL while opening the bottle then pouring a pre-measureable amount that can be SEEN by using a standard measure like for instance a 1/4 cup but a different one for each bottle and then your test. AND THEN you will have the BEST YT water test I've seen. So that will be MY test of YOUR integrity. Cheers.
