I prefer his Angels uniform to the American League uniform. I’m a Tigers fan (also like Angels and Orioles), so I supported the AL here but those League uniforms looked kinda eh, imo.

The only autographs I got from baseball players wore uniform #44: Al Downing of the Dodgers just months before he threw the ball that became Henry Aaron's 715th, and Aaron himself. As part of a 4th grade project where we were to write a letter and send it off, I got Aaron's autographed photo and Atlanta Braves literature. Only later did I learn what a tumultuous year 1974 was for him.

He received alot of death threats. I modeled my life after Hank by always reaching for the stars. I graduated high school in 1992 because of him and Kirby Puckett. I am a chef because of them.

So sad they disrespected him by politicizing the ASG.
