It's mostly designed to help you keep track of how long it's been since you charged a battery, and what the status of each battery is. Probably useless if you inly have 2 packs, but really handy when you got 20 lipo packs laying around
@@UnicornReviews ahh that's why I was wondering what I would use it for. I only have 2 identical packs. How long did it take you to make the app? From the first line of code to publishing? I'm trying to learn computer science on the side and wanna learn android development so I can make apps that don't exist but I personally would want.
Bought my mom a big rock and this thing handles like a dream.. the response is buttery smooth. Doesn't feel as rugged as my maxx, but definitely handles better
@@devinw9698 big rock. I have have the v1 kraton 4s its fun and really durable but its a v1 had to buy alluminum diff holder for the rear buy a bumper for the front and make it fit. The v2 kraton 4s is coming soon. The big rock 3s is one of the best right in the market
No, this is definitely a 1/10 and LARGER than most 1/10 scale trucks. This truck sits at 327mm axle to axle (most fair way to compare) and the traxxas stampede 4x4 sits a 275mm. The average is somewhere in between so around 300mm.
If you are good in the throttle don’t go all out an steer clear of small sticks and tall grass you’ll be good to go, upgrade to a steel spur gear and get spare diffs. Stock tires are amazing I have jumped mine hundreds of times with no major breakage.
A 2021 Ford F-150 crew cab is 5.9m long tho... This looks like a chevy/ford mix. Trucks got really big lately, it's 1/10 compared to trucks from 10 years ago
@@UnicornReviews thats not really how its done. Arrma reuses the parts to make other truck no manufacturer would make a complete new truck that shares no part between them.
A GMC Canyon crew cab short box is almost exactly 10 times the size of the big rock for length. So I think they can still say 10th scale and be technically correct, which is the best kind of correct.
Hmm that's a 1st for me I have all the rc brands and always thought arrma was the most simple to work on only 4 screws and the servo esc receiver come out all in one and the the motor and slipper ots only one screw to get out but everyone has there reasons . If you want the better handling arrma with same set up but not so easy to roll the senton is best but will say the tires don't last long on it but all rc have something we love or hate nothing has it all . Great job on video
BTW you’ll probably break the plastic ring and pinion gears soon. It’s about $44 for the upgrade CNC ring, pinion and diff per end. 310772 310885 310886
Ahh, that makes sense. I have a big rock with a few upgrades myself. I put the high speed gear in it pretty early on but I heard that and was about ready to pull it apart and make sure 😂
Come penso spesso il 3S è sovradimensionato e difficile da controllare poi ci sono rotture e guasti continui..grazie mille per questo video.questo problema riguarda quasi tutti i monster truck
Got the Same Problem at 100% its nearly not controllable. The self correction Like Traxxas would Work because its to Long drin Body and Tires have mit dem bought Mass.
At first its hard but once you know how to work on it its so easy i can remove the whole front in 5 mins. The worst imo is to get to the steering system
The worst is replacing driveshafts. The screw is captive inside the knuckle, so you need a really thin and long driver to do it up. Trx just has a small screw on the side which is much easier to deal with

@@Alphabet7 I prefer not to send someone an email with tl;dr "give me all your expensive bits" lol I mailed arrma, we'll see. my next ride with either be a typhon or a python. Unless they send me a kraton of course lmao
Its a 1/10 scale as a matter of fact its a little bigger than the average 1/10 scale truck! And the first piece you took out of the box is not a receiver is the transmitter how can you do reviews when you dont even know what a transmitter is
@@EXTREMERC416 no it’s not. I called them up and told them after the first couple times I used em 3 of the 4 broke. And with the crap tastic diffs I’d expect them to be warrantied at least once.
