I don't think I could ever properly go flatout with my son by my side. I'd be more worried about his safety than my adrenaline blocking my inhibitors. Kudos to you both.
My Son Has been at 163 sat next to his dad after the event i asked him if it scared him in any way. he said no dad I Only Trust you when it comes to being in a vehicle and he only felt safe with his dad it's in his Blood as it was mine and Vice Versa here we have the same traits it's in the blood .
how easily can this truck absorb all these ditches is beyond me...I would like to have the opportunity to feel the experience but I would faint in the first few turns 🙈
I built engines & turned wrenches for 40 years. I watch these videos to hear the engines, wide open & singing their beautiful song. PLEASE don't fast forward through the long stretches on the paved hiways. that is the ultimate tease to me.
Damn this is incredible!! I have so many questions. 1. How the hell do you see where you're going with people in front of you kicking up dust? And is it possible to really pass somebody offroad with dust and narrow track like that? 2. How the hell do you see where you're going at night? Even with lights and marshals it seems like a dark maze. 3. Did that guy say he was driving WITHOUT 4 wheel drive? Does he mean the whole time or just that leg of the race? Did they get it fixed? Or do they have to do the rest of the race with 2 wheel drive? 4. With limited space in the cabin, where to the drivers and guides keep their big balls?
That truck sure did seem to have a lot more smoothness and finesse to it once the 4 wheel drive didn't work anymore.....I don't see how an AWD platform is ever gonna be as reliable and forgiving as conventional 2 wheel drive when it applies to these types of terrain and speeds. It seems have superior acceleration and grip but momentum and flow have always been the key to reliability so maybe in a few more years this platform will become more refined and reliable.
That sound from 1:12 to about 1:18 should not be coming out of that truck!!….almost sounds like an old school race car (say Le Mans or F1) 🤯🤯🤯😂😍😍😈😈😈🤟🤟😎 Is this the ultimate Father/Son bonding experience lol
