No fewer than five new models celebrated their series launch at BMW Group Plant Dingolfing today. The first new addition is the BMW 4 Series Coupé, which continues the sports coupé tradition at the BMW site in Lower Bavaria with its individual and sporty character. Updated models of the BMW 5 Series Sedan, including the BMW M5 and the BMW 5 Series Touring, will come off the production line at the same time. All vehicles with four and six-cylinder engines will now offer not only sharper design, but also highly efficient 48-volt mild-hybrid technology - ensuring improved driving performance with better fuel economy and enhanced driving comfort. This will also benefit the new BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo, which impresses customers with its outstanding long-distance capabilities.

1 generation. I have had 3 series coupes and 4 series since 1995. But I dont like the new grill. They could just have put the 5 series M front end on and it would have been fine.

as long as they running this on GT3 class I guess (note, that style grill needed for GT3 class (better airflow?) and they will run this 2021 isnt?)

Would Not mind the grill if it was set back in the car but that outside band on it makes it looks awful. Car looks great but that grill i dont know if people can live with it we will see

Who told the designers at BMW those grills were OK? I like BMW, and have a few of them, but their designs lately seem very removed from reality. I get the feeling the design team operates in a bubble and only they get/like some of the work. Like a painting that's just a bunch of colors splashed on a canvas, only the artists and people that study art get/like it. Just my opinion of course, but I am the consumer. And I don't get the whale kidney grills. Maybe Hamann will come up with a LESS obnoxious front bumper kit!!
