Not sure if anyone ever realizes the effort Anthony puts into every one of his videos. Just watch any 30 second segment of this video, or any of his others, and imagine memorizing the specs/details that he effortlessly recites. It's truly amazing.
The X7M50i is THE alpha dog of the full size performance/Luxo SUV world. Build quality and materials BMW uses in the base trim of the X7 are much nicer than what MB uses in the upper level trim of the GLS. Spec a X7 M50i all the way up in top trim and BMW crushes MB and RR. Truly "masters of the universe" level of vehicle.
I LOVE my '21 X7 M50i XDrive!! It handles mountain roads like a dream. The 523 HP comes in handy on steep mountain road ascents, and for passing slower vehicles with drivers unfamiliar and frightened by mountain driving. The paddle shifters are a plus when navigating steep descent roads in the mountains. I love the huge sunroof opening! Great for viewing the Aspen trees in the autumn! The X7 M50i handles snow ❄️ driving conditions really well. The cold weather package is a plus in mountainous and cold winter regions of the USA. I ordered all the extra features and I am well pleased. I ordered the black/blue 'Carbon Black' color with very beautiful 'Tartufo' leather seats. This is a beautiful, very comfortable, and responsive vehicle! The ability to enlarge the cargo area is a plus when transporting furniture or Saint Bernards! Worth every penny!
Caution, when you are on the highway you’ll be going over 90 mph and won’t even know it. The state troopers notice though. Great SAV just as good as the MB SL 580 and SL AMG 63
Great video. Awesome vehicle. A shortcoming on it is the lack of side sun shades on the third row windows. Why should only the second row passengers get windows shades? There are seats back tbere, and windows. At $106,000 everybody behind the driver should get a shade.
@@HawkeyeRides I'm really digging your reviews. I like that they're to the point and under 20 minutes. I tend to get bored with videos that run past 20 minutes. Keep up the great work. Do you think you'll ever review pre-owned vehicles? Say, two to four years old? How they held up and all that?
That is tough because they are very similar, the BMW has more power and quicker 0-60. Luxury I think this is almost the same level. If I was wanting both performance and luxury the BMW X7 M50i, if I was looking for luxury the Mercedes GLS 580. I’m a performance and luxury person so I would pick the BMW 👍🏻.
Busy, sometimes I go and it’s already sold within a day or week. Some dealerships inventory is very low but hopefully soon they will come back to full lots 👍🏻
