Today the Ovtcharov Innerforce ALC table tennis blade is launched. What is special about it? Watch what Dimitrij himself have to say + bonus match with Timo Boll.
Love the way Dima reacts to the new blade.. just like a kid who gets his 1st pro racket.. great vido and good to hear from pros on what they look for in their blades.. cheers
BZliga ttr 1782
I found happiness, new mind, new friend, new good habit, feeling health and great. So many positive think I got from table tennis. That's why I crazy love table tennis.. I will always play until I die.. 🏓🏓🏓 ❤️🔥❤️🔥
Hello Dima. I'm from Indonesia. I was 58 year old. I love table tennis until i was young. Table tennis as aerobic sport give me healthty body and spirit. Many sports that i have been played like foot ball. Basket ball. Badminton etc. But now only table tennis as a routines sport i can play 3 time a week. Some times i can beat a younger player and winning the game. Thats make me happy all the days. But if i loose my game im happy too because is normal a grand pa loosing the game by a younger athlete....... Lol. 🤣🤣
My blade bty innerforce alc. But now i see you use innerforce alc too. Is this the same composition or better material than mine. ? Which weight in gram do you prefer ? Good luck for you.
Yes! I really would like to see how (much) this differs from his former blade - Donic Ovtcharov No1 Senso ... as the composition seems to be (very) equal/comparable
@@dominusblandus in principle they are different, the senso should have more control and less bounce. I'll know Thursday, I've given up on reading reviews about table tennis stuff. 1 blade or rubber with 15 different reviews looks like 15 different blades 🤣🤣🤣
When i first heard about the More dwell time and feedback I didnt understand that But now( whn my patner gave a slow shot with little spin) I felt my racket catching and throwing the ball out
Great video. I have tried a lot of inner force style blades before, i agree with most points what Dima said it gives touch in serve and receive, the only problem with innerforce blades is sometimes you cant tell at what angle the inner carbon kicks in also incoming fast ball from opponent can trigger inner carbon. Which is why this will result in unforced errors, that being said I think Ovt Innerforce may be different.
i feel like most people that like inner fiber blades tend to either go for it or do not go for it when it comes to attacking like they would rather make a good backspin push than a weak topspin and from my experience i found that unless i was taking it easy against someone that is weaker that me I never really had that issue but that is just me and you are just you, you know
dear Ovtcharov... is this your new Channel ?? may i give you suggestion ? it's clearly you need such a much better microphone and better sound editing.. hopefully, this channel will be better and better.. love from Indonesian TT fans
I really love the racket,i try it onse and i loved it,but i still didnt get enough money to buy it yet😢😢hoped maybe you can help me with one Dimitrij? 🙏😁
Guys, is butterfly considered the best of the best brand in table tennis? How about Donic, DHS, Nittaku, Joola, Tibhar as far as quality of their products and innovation? Thank you
Table tennis is my life, I would love to play with this blade..We are following timo and dima from long time.. Would love to play.. Professional players are lucky that their heart, soul, profession and life is part of table tennis.. At least in next life.. This blade seems to perfect balance of attack and loop with spin.. Please let us know about ideal rubbers as well.. We have played with timo alc most of the times.
We will in the coming weeks record a video where I’m (Jenny, Dimas wife) is training with the racket. I’ve already tried it, and in my opinion, equipment makes a huge difference also for semi-good players :)
@@TTSmashCity ok ... but you won the swedish youth championships from 2002 to 2004 and wore the national team jersey for eight years !!! you're not exactly a "semi-good player", you're a top player!! I bet you even beat Dimas ... :-)))
He is really kind and sweet! When Dima was a kid and his father was his coach, he would tell him to strongly breath out when he hit the ball = to get more power. That became stronger and stronger over the years and that is why he grunts loud when he play (as many tennis players) :)
@@TTSmashCity I find grunting a little bit helps sometimes if I want to put extra spin or pace on the ball - sometimes it might be extra spin on a serve, or a loop, or more power on a drive. Psychologically it just seems to force that little bit of extra effort. I'm not really sure why it works - it just does! It seems to push your brain to put in that extra effort. Some of my club mates find it funny that I do it but if I try not to, I get less on the ball.
Isnt't it the Blade he used in the last European Championship Tournament that He Played and Lost Terribly?. Couldn't execute any of His Usual Shots... 😏🤔
Great vid as always dima!!! I hope you and timo will bring back some methal from tokyo... You both deserve it! A Small qustion dima... around How much your racket weighs after gluing? Thanks
the big problem with innerforce, especially with thicker core and bigger blade sizes remains: They are really heavy! Butterfly don't use Kiri as a Core-Ply in Innerforce because the blade would be rather slow. So because of that they use, as far as I know, ayous (which is harder and has more weight)... My harimoto which is slower then the presented blade has 92-93gr . This is a lot if u consider to play which some modern rubbers (add 96 to 100 gr)... So: What core material has this new blade and how heavy is the blade (without rubber)? If u aren't a pro or an really good athlete A blade weight of 188gr or even more get really uncomfortable... U have to train a lot in my experience to get used to (4 to five times a week) and if u reduce your training it will become too heavy again.
May I know the feedback of using harimoto innerforce alc? I'm also an amateur player who's still learning some tactics in tt and since I'm planning to buy one (harimoto innerforce alc). I think of using with rozena on both sides. Thank you:)
Just got this blade and it weights only 84 grams. Assembled racket weights 185 grams. I choose between 8 units in shop and the heaviest blade was 190 grams, the average weight was 187 grams.
Please describe between ALC and ZLC Dima specially on your equipment, why you choose inner ALC than ZLC? Thanks. By the way, how about your lady equipment? Would love to see her play too!.
Thanks batterfly and Dima for this model. This blade combined with average hardness tensors have a great control and more than enough speed and I didn,t spend much time to adapt to the new assembly instead of that fact that I’m not very skilful player. Start play table tennis only 3 years ago.
The blade looks more beautiful and masculine in person. Very good balance between power and control. Finally, good dwell and combination feel for wood/ALC.
Hi Dima. I was wondering about the meanning of the color theme of your new blade. At the butterfly webpage it reads "blue ALC, gold victory" while for me it looks like a clear reference to your Ukrainian roots. Can you comment on that, please? :) BTW I'm a big fan of you, love your forehand serve ;)
