I completely had my 4020 overhauled to like factory new and put a cab on it rather than buy new……. New tractors are junk compared to what u already had sitting there
A few. It currently has 60 hours on it. So still having issues and am trying to get through winter feeding before taking back into the dealers. I made another video after this one after I had gotten it back from the dealer having a laundry list of issues. They did fix the majority of the issues, however it we are still having issues. Currently we are dealing with the E-brake not holding (Worst design ever, looks like something of a Chinese go cart), Key cylinder sticking and horn still inop. I know, people say "Why do you care if the horn works"? Well, it has one and it's a new item, plus we use it to call cattle.... I can't recommend this product to anyone honestly. CNH is not easy to deal with nor do they seem to care about their customers. We also have a year-old TV 380 track loader and it is the same thing, Issue after issue. I am accepting the fact I am going to have issues, but I am seriously considering getting rid of this thing and going with a new Deutz or McCormick. Just my thoughts.
In Europe these tractors are praised as excellent quality workhorses. Never owned one, but spent many hours working with this particular model. I have no idea whats happening here in America.
You're damn right. What was I thinking?? Man, so insightful.... Where is a third grader with 70 grand when you need them????? I'm guessing the "third" grade aligns perfectly with your education level, given your pristine spelling skills genius.
It’s an awesome tractor I don’t know about anyone else watching but I’ve never taken anything in or had anyone come out and service anything to replace a dang fuse so complaining they wouldn’t come out and do that seems pretty petty
As petty as it may seem, it was just days old at the time and had a couple hours on it. What if someone didn't have the skill to find the issue???? Would you want to pay $750 to transport the machine back to the dealer to have them diagnose the issue? It has 24 months warranty that you as a consumer paid for, so do you want to work for CNH for free? If so, well hell I guess I am petty. Apparently, perspective is priceless.... Oh, and by the way, this "awesome machine" as you call it was just deemed to have the transmission replaced due to production failures with 160 hours so we may just have a difference in opinion for the word awesome.
