Yes, good job, I did my 2022 600 t the way you did it, except I have a different switch, was able to figure out a four way system, and got a horn, of sorts installed, so thanks for your info!
Wow! This is so cool! Awesome job! This is the only video that I could find on this! Thank you for the walkthrough! It helped a lot! Very cool four wheeler too!
Yeah, I did mine just a little differently. The only thing I didn't do is tie it into the dash because I didn't know which wires it was. Does your fronts do the switchback with the daytime running light? Mine does.
Any reason you caint tap the green & yellow wire at the tailight housing connector, instead of taking the entire back apart to get to the backside of the white mounted connector?
We couldn’t get it without taking it apart. There is more than one way to do it. This is just how we did it. We were the first ones to have signals on these machines. Any questions please let me know. I think it splits back there. I honestly don’t remember it’s been a while since we did it. Let me know if you do it different and how it worked out or if you have any questions, let me know.
I have a '22 CF 800 xc. My battery area looks different. I have a different turn signal kit. I just need help tying into the switched power. Is it really just tapping into the cigarette lighter fuse?
Yes you can do it like that but make sure you put a fuse after the tap. That’s not how we did it. We uses a fuse tap coming out of the fuse box because I didn’t want to cut my wires. You can get a fuse tap it will have a fuse that goes into the fuse box like it normally does and it will have another spot for the fuse. Than you would run that fuse for your turn signals and that would be key on only. If you want to provide an email we can send a number. I could call you to explain how to do it so you don’t have to cut your fuse box.
@@Rita-1976 I ended up getting a fuse tap. I tied into the radiator fan fuse. The fuse tap made it so I can't close the fuse box now. I might change it by splicing into the wire and not go through the fuse box. thanks!
Ok so after watching this several times, I have a few questions. You used 2 trailer wiring kits, could you have used the one for the front and just tied the yellow, green and red, that go to the rear, into their respective colors on the front control unit? Thereby eliminating 1 whole unit.
Only one was used not sure where you seen 2?? On a 2 up the harness we got was not long enough so we had to make the wires longer. We just bought wires and made it longer. We only used one kit.
In America cforce 600 come with horn but no turn signals I contacted cfmoto they told me if you’re American you have the technology to add them I asked how come Canadian models come with turn signals and not with reverse lights they told me they have a hard time going forward we don’t want them going in reverse at night
