Technics. Vinyl. Stickers. Love to see it! Not throwing shade on digital and new style mixing, but to me, this is how it should be done. TBH, This should be it’s own category, traditional mixing. That would be dope! 👌🏻

I toss shade at the new guys. I always use this analogy that I created. If an artist uses a paintbrush and paint and gets no help from the paint, the brush or the canvas, is he a better artist than the guy that uses technology to create the exact same picture?

I've got nothing against the new style with Serato etc but this to me is what DMC should be. 2 turntables, a mixer, some vinyl and talent.

Two TWLVS a Technics SH-EX1200 'n stickered up wax still up to the test. No need to have the latest and greatest gear to keep up with the best! I dig this set, Yukichi is clearly along the path where deejayin is a joyful journey not just a quick quest.

Wow, this guy is talented. Been deejaying since late 80's and I lived throughout the entire revolution of spinning vinyl to the digital transformation of deejaying. And to see Him cue the music on the fly blows me away. This is why I have cue points with serato, but see it done with stickers takes talent in itself. My 1205G's has sat in its coffin for over 15 years and I wonder how much better his set would be using a digital platform. Big props to you!!
