It's that time again guys! Smelting season is here in MN. Here is a quick video I've put together during the week of April 15-17 2021. The runs were good, but not as crazy as in 2019, but some group by Park Point airport did extremely well.

All your nets and gears for getting started.
Must gear to have:
wader regular or neoprene (I suggest neoprene if possible)
Gloves water proof gloves.
Net dip net (stream or beach shore line)
Seine net (MN regulated net 3ft x 25ft with or without pockets, can not be use in stream or mouth of rivers and streams).
-Buckets and coolers.
-Headlamp, flashlight, lantern
