It's been nearly 3 years since my first video about the Easiest Maps for Each Difficulty in FE2. Today I'll finally update the list for the new easiest maps in Flood Escape 2! Discord Server: / discord
Nice. For the other map that's "tied" with Abandoned Facility was originally going to be Familiar Ruins, but I thought Familiar Ruins is just a bit harder, so I decided to scrap that idea. I forgot to edit out the text though 😵
Theres a reason: Crazyblox when have created the map he look that it was medium difficult, so to make it hard he put some invisible bananas to players dont jump. So thats why so many dies in fallen.
@the vengeful one. does not impact the leaderboard like... PC was rated harder in solo than BM but still the easiest because of fast difficulty drop with other people
BM took longer than Poisonous chasm on mobile for me so easiest crazy imo is def poisonous chasm on mobile Edit: it was solo but bm was still harder and to this point i didnt beat it yet
@@scoot6346 Fast lava you say? Guess what in BM, its the same. You need to be really quick especially in the last room before the sonic lava drowns you and dies.
Hey man! Very glad this came out, 3 years is a long time indeed. I respect all of your picks. I started to play a bit more and realized I had some different opinions. Here they are: (Read only the very bottom if you only want the overall picks) Easy- Castle Tides. BoonMoon! You're great, and I love your videos. But how could you betray the legendary Castle Tides? Lol. Anyways, I do disagree with your pick here. Lost Woods had some helpful shortcuts, but believe me, if you don't know them the map is no slower than Marred Dreams. Castle Tides is still and always that easy meme map, that you barely have to jump in to win. Normal- Decrepit Seas. This was a tough choice but I ended up picking this in the end. The main reason why is because Oriental Grove is surprisingly fast paced with less players, making it exponentially harder to solo. Decrepit Seas has an even lower risk of dying from a fall with the large amount of ladders all over the map. The water part at the end is also nothing big to worry about. I'll give it credit though, Decrepit actually has my favorite soundtrack in the whole game. Hard- Snowy Peaks. I don't exactly know where Fallen lies under in difficulty, but it's likely not the easiest. I tend to always see less people survive Fallen compared to Snowy Peaks. Snowy Peaks isn't very easy in many categories except one thing which actually makes it a potential normal map: The pacing. It's pretty common to finish the map 30 seconds, no exaggeration, before required. Edit: Don't know why I had to put this in but the other day in a server more people survived on Dark-Sci Facility than Fallen, so it's probably never gonna be the easiest hard for me. Insane- Gloomy Manor. Gloomy Manor is simply the best choice for a rather new player to pick as their first insane. Without pressing any buttons, the map is an absolute cakewalk. No other insane maps really have this aspect, maybe except Familiar Ruins. Abandoned Facility is more confusing which adds to the fact that unlike Gloomy Manor you have to be super fast when getting the buttons. Crazy- Poisonous Chasm. Heartbroken to say, this is the only pick I agreed with. To give you a break from the essay-long reading, I'll make this short and sweet. I beat Poisonous Chasm today, and it was in duo. Very ashamed I haven't beat it earlier. So, here's the summary: Easy- Castle Tides Normal- Decrepit Seas Hard- Snowy Peaks Insane- Gloomy Manor Crazy- Poisonous Chasm
Okay, I disagree on your opinion of Fallen being the easiest hard, it's either tied or harder imo Because the platforms disappear rather quickly, and some of the jumps are especially challenging and punishing for new players, as a single mistake can end your run whereas the pacing inside of Snowy Peaks is so slow that you can mess up and still make it. I respect your opinions though and like the video :)
Yea i agree because fallen is really easy to fall because the slopes obstacle and miss to jumps (When fallen is the easiest hard map Haft of the server died)
I dont agree with: Axiom - As it has small jumps near the final room Decrepit Seas - As the ship part can be confusing, more than oriental grove Crystal Caverns - As the swimming part is death-defying, whereas fallen is not too confusing. Gloomy Manor - Even though only the first buttons are hard, it does not negate the fact to be easier than abandoned
blue moon in the hardest maps vid: PC is easier blue moon in the comparison vid: PC is harder blue moon in the easiest maps vid: PC is easier *confused stonks*
I also think that Familiar Ruins is the easiest Insane map because if you do abandoned facility solo, it's pretty tricky, more trickier than familiar ruins. It was also kind of confusing sometimes in Abandoned Facility so I still think it's supposed to be Familiar Ruins. This is my opinion so you might have a different idea.
I think Wild Savannah is the easiest Hard map because there are bigger platforms for you to jump on. However Fallen has quite a few tricky jumps that instantly lead you to death in the map.
@@patrickgilligan6336 that’s a map that’s pretty hard for beginners but when you get used to it it’s pretty easy, there’s no way you can die unless people are lazy or you don’t get the air bubble
@@laurenglynn4769it’s hard for beginners since it can confuse them easily by the difference that it’s only submerged in water after the first 3 buttons
Of course with fallen it isnt lava that is the worrying part, it’s the consistant “am i gonna make that jump?” And the platforms behind you slowly crumbling to make you feel rushed
BoonMoon after posting: yay finally posted it Agility Update: maybe you need to turn around BoonMoon during agility update: *fails during poisonous chasm (agility version)*
“Lost woods takes the title of easiest map over castle tides” Is castle tides a joke to you? You have to be trolling us. Everybody understands that castle tides is the hardest map, easily blowing both Blue Moon and Poisonous Chasm out of the water
Here's my opinion for the Easiest Maps of FE2: Easiest Easy: *Castle Tides* - This is known as the meme map, or as it's called: "The "Hardest" Map in FE2". But that's just a meme, in reality, it's really easy, *the buttons are straightforward* and *separated in big rooms with multiple buttons rather than tiny rooms with a button each,* it's water could potentially kill a few people if people waste a LOT of time, but since when has somebody died from that reason? This takes the spot for easiest Easy. In 2nd place in this spot is Axiom, which is a very unpopular opinion, but it's also short, just like Castle Tides, just more cruel if you fail any of the jumps. Easiest Normal (Tie): *Decrepit Seas and Oriental Grove* - Decrepit Seas and Oriental Grove are almost neck-and-neck in taking this spot, they're so close between each other, I'll talk about both of them. *Decrepit Seas has very easy parkour and also has straightforward buttons, just like Castle TIdes.* The swimming section is also easy since it's just *pressing a button and swim forwards, the only possible way to die on this map is if people take too long to press the button in the swimming section.* Meanwhile, Oriental Grove, *is faster in the water, has a lot of twists and turns, not really straightforward buttons, but very easy gameplay, the first 4 buttons are a cakewalk,* the 5th is a little harder, 6th is easy to press, 7th is almost impossible to manage to fail to press, and the final button is really straightforward. *The only possible way I can think of to die is if people take too long pressing the 4th, 6th, or final button, or just failing the platform jumps before the final button.* Easiest Hard: *Graveyard Cliffside* - Yes, bully me, go ahead, be angry at why Fallen isn't picked. It's time to explain why, okay, first up, the buttons, just like Castle Tides and Decrepit Seas, *this map has pretty straightforward buttons, lava does come from the left unlike Fallen where the lava doesn't rise,* but here's the thing, if you are experienced in mediocre parkour, then the ghost lava isn't really that big of a deal, so the real problem is the lava, but here's the thing, *just like Fallen, the lava on the ground doesn't rise,* only the ghost wall moves from left to right, and like I said, the ghost wall really isn't a problem, so there, what do you think now? Graveyard Cliffside takes the spot for easiest Hard. Easiest Insane: *Familiar Ruins* - A lot of people will agree with me on this one, but a lot of others might not, first, let's talk about the buttons, *1st button is easy, 2nd is easier, 3rd is also easy, 4th is a little hard, 5th is time-consuming but easy, and the final button is the same as button 5 but a little harder. The gameplay is easy in the 1st half, then gets harder in the 2nd half,* and also, the elevator is a big difficulty spike, but even with all of this, *the gameplay averages to around a low-level parkour skill (for average/experts),* so yeah, Familiar Ruins takes easiest Insane. Easiest Crazy: *Poisonous Chasm* - Yep, this was obvious, *the gameplay is quite hard, and lava is incredibly fast, but in multiplayer, the buttons are basically free,* which just leaves the sonic-speed lava as a threat, *the parkour is harder than Blue Moon's parkour, but there are a few parts where the parkour is easy,* and there are a lot more reasons why Poisonous Chasm is easier, but I can't really say it all in one paragraph, so I'll let the replies do the rest, anyways, Poisonous Chasm takes the spot for the easiest Crazy.
Hai hey Edit: My opinions are.. (it's either map or maps.) The easiest maps are Lost Woods, yes, and Castle Tides as well, still, for me. The flood rises even slower there and the platforms are big, the place is open. You can just walk there, no jumps. Only in the final area is where you need to jump, and its easy because the jump platforms are huge as well. The easiest normal maps for me are yes, Oriental Grove, and Flood Island. Flood Island is so iconic in the FE2 universe, so of course it is memorized a lot. Only memorization makes it easier though. The easiest hard map for me is Crystal Caverns. It's also iconic like Flood Island, so it's memorized very well. The jumps at the first room are not really that hard if you be careful, and besides; even though the button is pressed late, you can still reach the final room. (it depends) I have the same opinion as you for the easiest insane and crazy maps.
Wow I forgot about Crystal Caverns, but I still think lava tower is the easiest because in solo if you miss one of the first three buttons you’re pretty much done for.
Even tho I’ve been playing since release, decript seas is the only map I have never ever died in and I’m about level 60 lol definitely the easiest normal in my opinion but it should be an easy map
I actually really like lost woods and Oriental grove because of how easy and calm they are, they aren't one of those hard maps that seem tight or yeh, for example, fallen, u feel like the lava right below u or something, or on Sunken Citadel, it has many people and many jumps, lots buttons and jumps. On maps like lost woods, castle tides, decrepit seas or oriental grove, there's no struggle in completing it, there's nice happy and calm music, I commonly turn up my volume when I play, its very calm, easy, not much struggle, plenty light, classic maps I remember happily playing since late 2017 when I started playing roblox, and it just gives me a nice feeling playing those maps, completing them with no struggle in the calm background and music.
Hello Boonmoon! I guess we were once friends…? Anyways, This is my answer to the same question: Easy- I’ve gotta say, Lost woods has gotten the title of the EASIEST MAP in the whole game. As the pacing is faster than Castle Tides, the buttons are WAY less in Lost woods (as well as the difficulty of jumps). Normal- Oriental Grove has got the title of the pick. The pacing is faster in Decrepit seas, but buttons in OG are hella easy. If the pacing was slower, OG would be an easy. Hard- Snowy Peaks. Why? SP has a safety net unlike fallen, and, has easy-to-reach buttons. Insane- Familiar Ruins has earned the title of the easiest insane. Gloomy manor has 10 or 11 buttons, which is quite some for me, and Abandoned facility can make you drown (not 100%) if you click the third button. Crazy- Posionus chasm is the easiest crazy right now. The simple answer is that I beat PC 6 times, while BM 3 times (as of Oct 5 2021)
What I think: Easy- Castle Tides. On a serious note it’s the only map you could win without jumping. Normal- Oriental Grove. Between this and Decrepit Seas, DS has a slightly more complicated route, plus the underwater part at the end. Hard- Snowy Peaks. Even with Fallen’s original release Snowy Peaks introduces the zipline and sliding in a much easier way than any other hard map. Insane- Lost Desert. Between this and Magmatic Mines, in the end Lost Desert’s most difficult part is the pole jumps in the beginning. It’s WAY more lenient in its liquid speed. Crazy- Blue Moon. While PC is easier in multiplayer, there’s always the potential it could become solo.
Hi BoonMoon Easiest Easy - Castle Tides: This map is very straightforward, this is also the only map where you do not have to jump once if not pressing buttons (Which makes the map a cakewalk) Also the jumps are also very simple, I also like how the buttons require teamwork when played in multiplayer. However, the buttons are pretty much spread out when playing solo so that is rather very easy in multiplayer. Easiest Normal - Decrepit Seas: This map was requested for an easy difficulty and I see why. The map has a lack of punishing platform since there's ladders if u fail and the pacing is very slow and there are few buttons, this is also the only normal map that have does not have lava.
Lost Woods imo is a very good map. even tho there is a bit of z fighting, and may look bland, the gameplay is soo good, plus the use of the stumps are very creative. I guess yes, the shortcuts in this map makes the map super easy.
My opinion easiest to hardest FE2 map Easy 1. Castle tides 2. Lost wood 3. Axiom 4. Poisonous valley 5. / 6. Marred dreams / Buried oasis (they tied i cant decide) Normal 1. Flood island (because its shorter than og and ds) 2. Oriental grove 3. Decripit seas 4. Infiltration 5. Sky sanctuary 6. Mysterium 7. Cave system 8. Forgotten toobs 9. Contruction thrill (Northern workshop Will be in the middle of mysterium and cave system) Hard 1. Crystal cavern 2. Snowy peaks 3. Lava tower 4. Graveyard cliffside 5. Fallen 6. Dark sci forest 7. Wild savannah 8. Sedimentary temple 9. Sunken citadel (Autumn hideway Will be the easiest if the map doesn't removed) Insane 1. Abandoded facility 2. Familiar ruins 3. Gloomy manor 4. Lost desert 5. Sinking ship 6. Magmatic mines 7. / 8. Beneath the ruins / Dark sci facility. They also tied Crazy 1. Blue moon 2. Poisonous chasm
I’m back again I guess and here is my comparison of easiest maps for each difficulty. To be honest most of these were actually pretty clear cut for me. Easiest easy: I gotta agree with lost woods. Yes the flood is slower in castle tides, but the overall pace actually isn’t (Especially in solo) because guess what!? Castle tides has flood gates! Easiest Normal: Constructi- Nope. it’s Oriental Grove. What is there to say that BoonMoon already hasn’t said? Easiest Hard: Lava Tower: This may confuse you, but lemme explain why lava tower is easier than Fallen and Snowy Peaks. First it’s really short. Not even a minute long. Second there is only one button that is risky to actually press and get back on track, well two if you include the third button without shortcuts (Which is pointless because the shortcut to get there and back is really easy). The fifth button requires you go sorta out of your way to press and get back, and now the getting back part is even easier thanks to the ledge added in rescue missions, and it starts immediately from the fourth button. Lastly the map is not confusing at all given its design in the first place. Easiest insane: Familiar Ruins. Gotta disagree and thankfully, this one was easier to explain. familiar ruins is only a little bit longer than abandoned facility. The first room is FREE. The second room isn’t even that bad, because even if you are slow, you only need to make it to the truss to advance to the vertical shaft, everything else is pretty generic and forgiving for an insane. Easiest Crazy: *You Have Drowned!* Yea um no.
My Honest\Personal opinion: Easy:Lost Woods Easy (Runner-up):Castle Tides Normal:Decrepit Seas Normal (Runner-up):Oriental Grove Hard:Lava Tower (I was kinda shooketh when you said Fallen tbh-) Hard (Runner-up):Snowy Peaks Insane (s): Familiar Ruins & Abandoned Facility Insane (Runner-up):Gloomy Manor Crazy:Blue Moon Crazy (Runner-up):Poisonous Chasm (Obviously...) (I love that little dance at the end of Pc btw XD)
I think fallen is quite a hard hard map because there are a bunch of jumps which are somewhat far, and I also see a lot of people die after the fourth button in at least chaos mode. Also, the water in snowy peaks is soooooooooooooo slow.
BM is more straight fowards but difficulty obstacles you need to overcome while being fast, not a lot of turning around. PC you need to be fast while doing twists and turns. Obstacles are not very difficulty however the darkness adds up and many people get confused if they haven't won it several times.
Poisonous Chasm is harder if you dont have the equal practice with Blue Moon but with same and equal training, Blue Moon will be hardest to beat and practice.
I wanted this kind of video so bad thank you so much! Edit: I think the easiest map for normal is Forgotten Tombs because people choose it over. And over. Its kinda annoying lol
Imo I do not think that abandoned facility is the easiest insane. Although it’s just a swimming map, the timeframe for the swimming part is quite small if you are doing it solo. I personally think that the hardest insane in magmatic mines. On magmatic mines, you have to do the first climbing part very fast, but there are only 1 or 2 jumps that might be able to kill you, and there’s a shortcut that allows you to save a lot if time without any risk. Once you get past the climbing part, the rest of the map is free. The pacing is slow enough so you can take your time getting the buttons (you still have to keep moving obviously) ad none of the jumps are that long and the platforms aren’t that small. The swimming part is very short and easy to complete with almost no obstacles in the way. After that is the end of the map. So other than the first climbing part with almost no hard jumps but fast pacing, the map is basically over. Plus there’s a couple of shortcuts that let you skip the parkour after the climbing section all the way to the button before the swimming section. And that’s why magmatic mines is the easiest insane.
Fallen I would say is harder tahn snowy peaks because first of all fallen has jumps that are easy to miss and if you fall you are guaranteed death whereas in snowy peaks there are less hard jumps and if your not literally going at the same pace as the rising liquid then if you fall you have a big chance of still surviving.
Also of if I were to make a map I would make it have the legit strangest parkour possible as well and with very fast lava walls that move in a way that EVERYONE has to go to the area where the button is and they can’t wait at where the obstacle would be removed XD
ok, i will just ignore that in Fallen you will die if you fail a jump, but Snowy Peaks have safer and easier jumps and the acid rises slowly and turns into lava when players should be in the safe zone, its more possible to survive there than fallen, specially that jump in fallen that makes it harder.
i have been playing both flood escape 1 and 2 and to see how far its gotten from the first to the second is just really nostalgic I have also beat every map in both games but have nothing to do because im best on xbox but their is no fe2 map test on xbox so yeah :|
and yes I have soloed every map except poisonous chasm and Magnetic mines (I beat magentic mines and poisonous chasm the day they came out they should make harder maps :|)
Easiest maps imo: Easy: Axiom - In multiplayer the map can be beaten in under 30 seconds. And yes the water does turn into acid halfway through but the platforms are so large it’s almost impossible to fall in by accident. Normal: Oriental grove - no lava until the very end which is very easy to avoid entirely Hard: Fallen - Not only is it the easiest hard map but It’s the worst map in the game. Jumps are incredibly easy and the buttons require zero effort. Insane (I don’t wanna die): Magmatic Mines - Alright, before you throw your torches and pitch forks I wanna explain something. Magmatic Mines has an INSANE amount of timesaves and shortcuts. You can beat the map in under a minute while SOLO. That goes down to under 50 in multiplayer. To top it off the obstacles aren’t very difficult and the map is more flood-aggresive. I personally have a harder time with Hard parkour than aggresive floods. So yeah. Crazy: Blue Moon - Pretty much the same reasons as Magmatic Mines. I have no more to add.
What I think are the easiest maps for every difficulty: Easy = Lost Woods. Normal = Oriental Grove. Hard = Fallen. Insane = Abandoned Facility. Crazy = Poisonous Chasm. (very similar choices to BoonMoon)
Ever since I was recording on lost ones I accidentally made the game glitched out and for now on the water rises really fast lane witness charm lava but it’s water
