Expedition is still very nice(although at $82k, I'm visiting thr Lincoln dealer for the Navigator). One thing to note: In the Suburban/Yukon XL, the 3rd row legroom is greater than Ford since GM actually reset the seats rearward an additional 3"(Ford does not move the seats on the Max). The Suburban's cargo hold is larger as well.

That's no true . The ford expedition has more legroom than the suburban and yukon xl . If you want you check and you will see.

@@bladeazcona6350 that is incorrect. The GM XL triplets relocate the 3rd row rearward, Ford/Lincoln does not.

Ford and Lincoln have had the best third row seating for a while now, comfortable enough for adults. I believe the GM triplets just improved their third row this year with their redesign and the Ford still has better leg room. Plus it is easier to access the third row on the Ford/Lincoln than on the GM triplets. GM although does have more cargo area.

To be fair, the current GM Full-Size SUVs (Escalade, Yukon, Suburban & Tahoe) are now slightly bigger than the Navigator/Expedition. I would suggest that the NextGen of the latter should significantly expand in size to better compete with their GM Counterparts.

I think the large screen looks fantastic in the navigator, however, the only downside is the amount of fingerprints that it accumulates. 😬

Nice car for space and power, but the tech is very behind.. No HUD, no fully digital gauge cluster, and small infotainment. For $80k, i would expect state of the art tech. My Palisade has all of those missing features plus more, and I paid under $50k for it. I also have cooled rear seats in my Palisade. Hopefully the refresh will add these features. I shouldn’t have nicer features than a car that costs $30k more..

In one sense you're right, but try actually towing 5000+ lbs with your Palisade. People who buy these vehicles but don't need the towing capacity are wasting their money but don't care/realize it.

I agree that the cost of cars has gone up exponentially. Right now is a good time to buy new if you have a trade-in. Our 2018 Infinity qx80 with 45,000 miles just brought in $43,000 in trade-in value. We bought it used with 25,000 miles for $44,000. This is unprecedented!

The refreshed interior should hopefully get the new F-150 gauge cluster screen and the 12-inch infotainment screen, as this interior is based on the 2020 F-150.

Amazing job explaining the features included with different packages. You did a fantastic job with the walk through as well. We are currently trying to decide between the expedition max platinum or Infinity qx80 with Sensory package. So far the Expedition platinum has better interior accessories and wow what an amazing panoramic roof!!

The Q80 is really nice....Both are IFS/IRS, both have 400hp, Expe has more torque and gets about 3 mpg more....Expe also has more payload and towing, but you won't go wrong either way....If you need the space, the Max will be the winner!

@@freedomrider266 We ended up getting an unbelievable deal on a new 2021 platinum expedition max. The amount of trade in they gave us on our Infinity QX80 was too good to pass up. So far I love the max! It rides soooo nice and is loaded.

The standard depth garage in the US is a MINIMUM of 20'....221" is 18'5" long....It fits....

In my opinion, I don't think it will get a diesel engine. However, I heard that for the refreshed Expedition, it may get the same hybrid engine from the F-150 in addition to the vertical 15 inch screen from the Mustang Mach-E based on articles online and spy shots
