whoa whoa, this one of the best sounding exhuasts I have heard on a 5.0! I have a magnaflow on my 2020 which is great but when my lease is up in Jan and when I get a 2021/22 this just might be my new exhaust!
I just ordered this system for my 3.5L.. Living in upstate New York I went with the T304 Stainless, that stuff they put down on the roads around here is brutal.
I have this exhaust in my '22 5.0L. Sounds great at idle and during acceleration. It's just too much for me at highway speeds and ESPECIALLY while pulling my camper. In addition to that, my chrome tip changed color (bronze/golden) within a week and it doesn't look quite so nice anymore.
I have the MBRP 4' exhaust for my 2014 3.5 ecoboost. He is right the 4' is aggressive without sounding droning. Is it a Borla no but the 4' MBRP sounds throaty & has a nice growl to it.
Love that MBRP sound. The 4" is a great choice for forced induction, however for 400HP on a 5.0L engine isn't a single 4" a little bit big ? That cubic inch and HP range is probably more suited to a 3" single.
I have the 3.5 ecboost and I've talked to a lot of people who would like to how it sounds when pulling a load. We would like to know how much drone it has in the cab with the 3 & 4 inch systems. All these exhaust systems sound good in an empty truck but put it to a test under a load like when pulling the RV, 50hp tractor, or a general 7-10k lb load.
Alright, this is great sounding exhaust; best I've heard imo. But I need clearance too, so how much would the sound change if I cut it like an axel dump (right after it goes up over the axel and pointing down)??
The 5.0 sounds awesome , I currently have 2011 5.0 looking to upgrade this summer . So torn between the 5.0 and 3.5 eco . Not sure there’s a wrong choice .
@@uttamgala7186 I have owned both Stock stock the 3.5 blows the doors off the 5.0 Not only in the low range but in the mid and upper too. Plus simple bolt ons like intake and exhaust plus decent tune you gain quite a bit more from the eco-boost over 500hp and probably close to 600 torque.
@@mikewolfskhal8782 100% agree with what you say, 3.5 is better on performance in every aspect. I was referring more to the fact that every time I step on the gas in my v8 with a flow master, my heart is filled with happiness. In comparison, test driving the 3.5 has a lag and even after that the power feels skinny and synthetic. They are both very capable motors, however, only one will be remembered as an icon in history and experiencing a piece of that history while I am young is important to me. There will always be another opportunity to think logically.
@@uttamgala7186 true that I hope you got whatever you enjoy the best. I just hate when people look down on or bash the 3.5 it’s it’s a very awesome engine and my 2013 lasted well over 200k and still had life.
So I put the part # in for the 5.0 you said on the video comes no good what’s the complete part #. ?? Also what’s the warranty and can I get it stainless?? Ty
I purchased this exhaust for my 2021 f150 3.5 ecoboost, its a little loud in the cab and rumbly. I only have the high flow muffler installed from mbrp and no resonator. Any muffler or resonators you recommend? Im wanting to mellow out the exhaust, kill the drone and just make it quieter. Let me know thanks!
@@MBRPexhaust-TV would it be possible to get this originally included as part of this exhaust kit, in place of the muffler that is included? That way, the consumer gets the nice 4" system, with a bit quieter, but still performance oriented muffler, without increasing the price considerably??? I'd be TOTALLY interested in that package, as I think quite a few others would be. Thanks.
@@MBRPexhaust-TV Will this exhaust affect factory MPG’s? I’m not too worried about it, just curious. You don’t buy a truck for its MPG’s, lol! I’m waiting on my 2021 F-150 delivery. I ordered it back in April and they told me to expect deliver in late August/early September.
After 3 years of riding around with the loud exhaust it finally bore fruit -- the sweet taste of sex. The guy said for an another $50 he would do me. Unfortunately I didn't have the cash.
