Is this one better, compared to the Revo Rocco 2.8 4x4? Would you recommend the Hilux GR Sport 4x4 or the Revo Rocco 4x4 or the new D-Max Vcross 4x4? And why? Thank you for your reply and help.
Ordered one cash payment. Got me a total of 2,080,000 + LTO and 86k+ for comprehensive insurance ( in house ) hope it's worth it. I like the simplicity of the look
Same here. I'm under the impression that the GR badge on the Fortuner and Hilux is only an appearance pack without suspension upgrades to improve ride and handling.
@@smoggy212 Nahhh. Cosmetic upgrades, suspension, interior and yet same engine no performance upgrade. Basically just another market BS that doesn't even relative to what the badge says GAZOO RACING.
got mine last week at Toyota alabang. ride is actually bumpier and stiffer compared to the LTD variant. monoshock did not make it plushier. thinking of iron man upgrade
Tbh, they could've beefed up the engine for this GR to make it more "GR-esque." But instead we just get some slightly different shocks, LSD, different upholstery in the interior, expensive bodykit and some GR badges but that's about it. Just look at TRD. TRD was once a performance department of Toyota that has actual racing heritage and yet, they decided to dress-up boring econoboxes. All that make-up but no additional oomph from the engine. That is not how you inject TRD DNA and heritage. All bark no bite. Today's cars will never capture the spirit of those limited/special edition cars of yesteryears. GR-S Fortuner, GR-S Hilux and GR-S Vios? You are better off buying their simpler looking counterparts. Fun fact: back in the day, TRD made 600 unit limited run Vios Turbo that had significant amount of power and improved handling characteristics in comparison to the usual Vios.
It's ur choice so just buy and enjoy your ride after all we are buying for comfort and enjoyment...for me I enjoy riding on my raptor soft ride with good looks. That's it buy yours and enjoy
next time wag nmn kayo mag pa host ng gwapo, ung mga tipong stanley chi dapat, baka mmaya isipin ng buyer pang gwapo lang yung sasakyan. joke. ganda ng hilux gr-s!
