In this video I'm diving deep into what really happened in this short that has reached so many people. I will share more about the behind the scenes of each scene. There's been quite a lot of misunderstanding in the video and that is understandable, because it's such a short video. I'll go into some of misunderstandings and will explain each fail in detail. Enjoy!

I would love to see a video where you break down all of these different tools. If you could talk about the difference between steel heavy mace, the gada, and the different types of clubs. I’d like to learn more about it but there’s not a lot of information online in English. A full video where you show the different tools and talk about them and how they’re used would be really cool. Also, I would really love to know where I could buy some of this stuff. I live in the USA and finding some of the more local Indian stuff has been hard. I’m slowly working towards a 25 pound steel mace, but someday I would like to do higher weight or use different stuff.

That video is on the list yes. Lots of people have no idea about the differences between the tools! Good luck with the 25 pound mace.

Reason why akhadas are no longer main stream is because when british raj took over they banned these old sports which would be the first step for a traditional sodier while growing up. Akhada didn't just taught you exercise and wrestling but also weapons training.

My grandfather was at akhada he knows almost every indian weapons how to use them and I too know how to use the swords and some akhada exercises I too do you can also buy some weapons too and you can learn them at home

@@rishirajraviarts6118 great to know that. However most people know how to use weapons in a demo. We dont use or practice actual fighting. look up HEMA sparring videos where you will see even today, westerners practice actual sword practice. Where as we just practice choreographed fights where both fighters knows what is going to happen. I would loved to be proved wrong by seeing a fight where we have a video of an actual sword fight with blunt edge and protective gears between mardani khel participants.

Failure is just a springboard to success! You'll be swinging the joris and gadas effortlessly in no time, my friend. Not sure how you'll fit your head into the nal though 😂

There is no failure, just information. We learn in increments and there was new information (i.e. weight, length, nails, bamboo handle, etc.) presented to you during each of your "failures." You would have succeeded if you were able to spend more time there, practicing. The green jori's call to me. Question, the jori's have nails and are not the same weight and your first instinct is to remove your shirt????? LOL! Thank you for sharing your travels with us, Harbert. Hugs to you from Texas. 😀💚💙💜💗

People fall down in world championships of their respected sports. That does not mean that they are not proficient in their respected sports, they are literally competing against the best athletes. It is because they pushed past what their respected limits are at that specific moment in time. Which is necessary to become the best you can be in an endeavor.

Hi, at 11.45min into your video you are talking about the powder used to stop the implement from slipping through your hands. Its chalk, crashed into powder the kind of staff gymnast, power lifters, hammer throwers use. Chalking powder. All the best 👍
