2021 Indian Challenger Accessories I Added to Our Bike So Far 

I've only had this one type of exhaust. I've had friends tell me how great Sawicki is, Rhineharts are, and Toce Performance. I guess it really comes down to personal preference.

I whole heartedly agree. I LOVED my Cross Roads. Unfortunately, I had to trade it in for the Challenger. It was a good decision. As good as my Victory was, the Challenger is that much better.

The big difference between the Goldwing and my Indian Challenger is the V-Twin Engine. I can't live without that rumble. It's so visceral.

No shaking. It's not a Harley. It's a very smooth riding bike. I'm telling you, you should test ride one. You will be pleasantly surprised.

The Roadmaster was going to be the bike I was going to buy before the Challenger came out. Once I test rode the Challenger, it was over. If I wasn't so excited to get the Challenger, I would have waited until the Pursuit came out and got that. It would have saved me a butt load of money.

Yes. The reason why I didn't put the cat delete on is because Sin City Indian said that they heard a Challenger overheated due to replacing that part, so they will no longer change it out. The frustrating part is that the Indian dealership in San Diego said they have no problem changing it out. I believe all Indian dealerships should do the same services. We shouldn't have to go to a different state to get what we want.

@@ridingwiththewhitleys3715 Removing the CAT from a Bikes exhaust actually makes the Bike run cooler...Order the part and put it on yourself...its easy...you can Utube that installation...

Not a bad idea. I already have the part in my garage. I'll probably have a friend help me put it on. I am definitely not mechanically inclined.

Yup. It was the first thing I got for an upgrade. I like Freedom shield but Klock Werks will be fine also.

Absolutely. I already got the seat and rear crash guards. That pretty much blew my wad for the month. I'll get the floor boards and mirrors next month.

Yeah, I found that out as well. That was going to be the 2nd part of my video. About how Indian doesn't quite do enough to support the Challenger. Not only does the trunk come in chrome only, but that is the same for the armrests. At least when I got them. It took 4 months to get our lowers and it took 3 weeks to get the bike back after the flash for the new air intake and pipes failed. If Harley makes a Road Glide with a liquid cooled engine and 125hp; Indian will be in trouble. In my humble opinion.

Not in Vegas. Very little humidity. It takes a lot for me not to enjoy any ride. That being said, the only ride I dread doing is the ride in high wind. Other than that, they're all good.

The hard lowers haven't made too much of a difference so far due to the fact that I keep the vents open all the time during these summer months. I will have a better idea during the winter. There is absolutely no hinderance of room. They don't get in the way of anything when it comes to foot room. You really don't notice they're there. I have plenty of room to put my feet anywhere as I did before I got them. If you get them with the storage, just know the doors are a bit temperamental. They tend to stick a little so you have to push them a 2nd time for them to open. For me, I got them to finish out the look of the bike, having the trunk and all. As "a must have".... I absolutely recommend them. I had to have them to finish the look of the bike. Having the passing lights on them now, they look really nice. For functionality, I am sure they will make a big difference in wind control during the winter months. For me, yes... they are a must have.

I absolutely agree. But at the time I bought the Challenger, the Pursuit wasn't in existence for another 6 months. Believe me, if it was available, I would have chosen it over the Challenger. Just for the electronic suspension alone.

I'm 5'11", but I have a short torso I've been told. 32" in seam. The 11" is perfect for me. I know some people don't like the way it looks, all tall and all, but I'm not really in it for the looks. I like to be comfortable.

They do keep getting better. The technology is great but there can be complications with new gadgets. Here's hoping the technicians catch up to the technology.

The differences are from a stock Indian Challenger to New windshield, forward crash guards, Backrest, Trunk, Armrests, New grips, Body matched hard lowers, stage one exhaust with air filter. In my humble opinion..... huge difference.

You know, you're probably right. Then in that case, he is right. Other than the electronic suspension, not much difference. Well, the pricing would be different. It cost way more to make mine into a pursuit than it would have if I just bought a pursuit. Which is what I would have done if they were available at the time I bought mine.

I can see you point of view. However, I didn't turn it into a Goldwing. Far from. A Goldwing is more a refined, less visceral kind of ride. I turned mine into a more comfortable beast of a machine. The power, the suspension, the technology, along with the sound of thunder and the rumble of a mud slide. It's more than the hum of Goldwing.
