Hi, Kayakers. Over the coming weekend ( June 24-27 2021 ) and the second weekend in July ( 9-11 ) I will be hosting an online course. All classes are recorded and uploaded to RU-vid so they are accessible on your timeline. I have a variety of guest instructors coming to cover the Wim Hof Breathing technique, Yoga for kayakers, and live meal prep with my favourite Chef. I sat with Nouria Newman, Erik Boomer and, Sarah Mcnair-Landry to record some content to add to a discussion about Expedition Kayaking.
