I live in England where the cars are made before they are shipped out to the USA and other parts of the world so I am very curious about car RORO shipping logistics and which port the new JLR cars enter and clear US customs at before going on an auto transporter truck to the dealership that you borrow the cars from? and one last question for you to ask your friend at the dealership? How long is the waiting time at the dealership when customers and the dealership order brand new bespoke built cars from the Jaguar Land Rover car factories in England? plus the shipping time across the pond? 3 months? 6 months? or maybe even 8 weeks if it is that quick?

Good question! More often than not, they say such things because it’s what they’ve heard other people say. I recently did a video on a 2014 range rover sport with over 100,000 miles on it. The owner has had no problems with it whatsoever. Of course, he takes good care of it and has proper maintenance done which prevents a lot of problems. I think that is a big issue with most people is that they don’t deal with problems immediately or take care of preventative maintenance.
