Quite a thirsty beast! 160 kph = 15 liter/100 and 180 kph = 19.8 liter/100. Wonder what a “real” AMG GLE63 would do? My F90 M5 is at 11 liter/100 at 160 kph

My parents have a 2012 Qashqai with the 2.0 petrol and almost anywhere you drive it's 9l /100km. They could get a modern V6 and get better fuel economy

Wind noise is much better compared to G class. Even at 250kmh. Great car with a lot of options.

When I test drove that car I was disappointed due to its artificial sound from the speakers and the quite firm suspension. Power wise I couldn’t complain, certainly the average fuel consumption was 14.5 litters (long time data). Overall I did not buy it.

were you driving in comfort? the air suspension is very comfortable when in comfort but sport + its stiff because well, it needs to be stiff to handle well. Sound isn't that artificial, although some noise comes from the speakers all AMG and BMW models do the same no matter the model.

WTF are you talking about artificial sound from the speakers? Wake up there's no speaker sound imitating the engine. Maybe in BMW not MB

too big fuel eater, diesel much better even Mercedes diesels are not so fuel efficient in their SUV-s

Even at a +100000 euro car you are worried about fuel consumption. No one gives a shit about fuel consumption when he can afford such a car. He buys it for performance and comfort.

Mercedes SUV diesels are one of the most efficient ones😉 Check out 350/400d engines, amazing results compared to old V6 (CDI engines) Also using 10l/100km at 120kmh is normal for straight six engines

@@Mr11ESSE111 GLS400d uses 8l/100km at 140kmh so no where GLE53 uses 10l at 120kmh😋 If you are driving under 100kmh those new diesels use less than 5.5l/100km and thats amazing👌🏼
