i still find Nissan Kicks is one of the best looking car in its segment. It has all essential and Practical features whine one need. Looks sporty, Big and beautiful
I agree with you fully. But it was priced at par with King Creata at the launch in 2019. And that was their biggest mistake inspite of poor Portfolio or Road presence and poor Service Stn Network in India. They discontinued their efficient 1.5 Diesal with 1.3 Turbo Petrol engine. 1.3 TC offered power but failed in efficiency on comparision.
@@rajoosolanky780 I disagree, today itself, after investing 12.5 lakh in Creta, you only get naked car. But Nissan kicks is still have all the required features
@@mahim112 They have improved their offerings Only after it was rejected by Indians all over India. Presently it sells under 1000 Units per Year. With these nos. it may not survive long. There are lot many who do not know of Kicks existence of on Indian roads. Creata will continue to sell in big nos. inspite of it offering bare minimum on the base variant. Creata Naam hi kaafi hai bhai to sell.
@@rajoosolanky780 No things may change at any time. Nissan magnite got a huge demand and is now making its presence everywhere. Nissan kicks is planned for facelift just like in abroad. The facelift if launched Nissan kicks is so good from interior and exterior.
@@anishv5020 Now there is Kushaq & Taigun also in the Turbo Petrol segment. Hence it would be difficult for KICKs to make its presence felt unless its priced around 10 lacs for a better variant alongwith big Warranties, only than it could make its presence felt in the Creata, Seltos, S Cross, Kushaq & Taigun segment. Diesal option is also important as more than 65% sales of Creata & Seltos is in Diesal variant for better Torque & most important 25-35% more Efficiency.
I purchased the car on the 15th of October 2021 and have already driven 1500kms. It is a very stable car and provides a good pliant ride. The 1.5-litre petrol is very refined and you can barely hear the engine during idling. The ride is very smooth comfortable and linear. Has good ground clearance. The quality of the music system is great and the best thing is that the cabin is very silent with loads of insulation in the car. But being an SUV you cannot expect it to ride like a sedan.
Wow what a car! I went to Nissan showroom for Magnite. But saw Kicks. Haven't heard this name before probably due to low marketing from Nissan. The build quality is superior to the Korean twins. I have TD both Creta and Seltos..but found Kicks very engaging to drive.. very stable on highways. Offroading is fun. 3 people can easily fit backseat because of the width it provides . Only two cons, I feel - mileage and low service centers. I am not too finicky about mileage(13-14 in city and 17 on highways, Petrol. They have discontinued Diesel). And looking at Magnite response service centers shouldnt be a problem in future.. I feel Ford's loss is Nissan's gain if they play their cards properly.
@omkar ...Thanks for the detailed video ... Can u suggest which one I should go for .... Gt stuck btwn creta and kicks. Dealer offered kicks xv varient for 11.9 lakhs where as creta we are getting the same price a base varient vch doens't have a infotech system .. nor alloy wheels or back reverse camera.
Good car .nissan India should concentrate more on this car for small nick knocks and release a petrol 1.5 automatic with projector headlamps xv model to get some good sales numbers
@MAHANTESHAKUMAR KITTALI Absolutely worth buying..some of the features that you get here are only available in 14-16 lacs of creta and seltos like 17 inch alloys, automatic AC control, rear de fogger, Android auto etc. Average in high traffic city:9.2 On Highway: 4 ppl, laden trunk, full AC 14.6 km per lt. Recently did 4000 km in this vehicle. Extended warranty is absolutely your choice , afterall it's a machine. Do a thorough check before delivery of the vehicle. Also see the service points where you stay or likely to move. You will love driving this vehicle.
@MAHANTESHAKUMAR KITTALIhi, Turbo is not needed for office coming and going and for family trips. The non turbo does well on highways. But yes sometimes you may feel underpowered on lower RPM. I paid around 11.10 lacs including accessories like seat, mat etc. Don't think 1-2 lacs kind of discount can be achieved even if its the year end.
@@naveendubey5600 I am looking for xv petrol variant. Driving is my passion. Could u suggest the best variants turbo or normal XV As you paid 11.1 lakhs for which variant.
@@axvikas it's for XV 1.5 non Turbo. Since you like driving like all of us here you may choose turbo varient. May cost around 2 lacs more but it will give that power which you would miss in 1.5 XV. But as I said 1.5 is equal fun when on a highway. You don't miss turbo.
@MAHANTESHAKUMAR KITTALI Best of luck. I booked in 2020 Nov and delivery happened in 2021 Jan, secondly in my state the registration is less compared to Karnataka and also the prices have gone up. So I guess quote should be ok. Bestbest of luck, it's a great vehicle, do share your experience. Just to update you, today I have taken my vehicle for a 200 km journey and I got 17 KM average to my surprise. Cheers.
Bro... how was the cars overall performance?? Engine Breaking power Body roll Seating comfort driver&rear passenger Drivable Steering stability Nvh pack How is it all?? Please share your opinion bro
@@muhammadghafoor113 Car Stability, Instant pickup, Suspension is really good, overall performance is really good. It's look is unique. 4*nap Frequently it better than KIA and othert this price segment ❤👍
@@CarNTravel Hi I am using automatic varient and it's CVT. Trust me such a smooth shifting it is ,you would never feel power lag. Rear seat is spacious,me and wife are tall it's comfortable sitting in backside too.
@MAHANTESHAKUMAR KITTALI Hi friend, sorry to say I don't have much information about non turbo as I haven't tried that. What I heard from the review videos, after introducing turbo varient there is significant change has happened in the overall performance of the car. Are you looking for a pre-owned car ? If I am correct Nissan doesn't sell non turbo these days? Correct me if I am wrong.
Kicks ka top models overpriced hai..16-17 lakh me toh Creta ka SX model mil raha hai Jo best features ke sath hai ussme panaromic sunroof bhi mil rahi hai..hundai ka service network bhi accha hai..brand value bhi best hai. Toh log ye kicks ko Kyu kharidenge bro? 🤔
Top model mein sunroof nahin hai par 360 degree camera vehicke stability program 4 air bags aur baki bahut saare practical feature hai. India mein sabse useless feature gaadi andar agar koi hai toh woh hai sunroof. Isse accha toh badhiya build quality aur better suspension walo gaadi ma le woh bhi zyaada power ke saath
Compared to magnites built quality of kicks is very good and a better engine.it failed when compared to Creta and seltos and Korean features and service network.it a underrated car nissan India should concentrate on it and release a updated version with some extra features, projector headlights and automatic variant in 1.5 petrol to get some decent sales
@@vsrikanth547 yes bro , But People are considering Nissan and Renault .......... If Nissan Gives facelift For Kicks and Renault also do some work on Capture then it will seriously harm for Suzuki S-cross .
Nissan kicks is a good car should introduce 1.0 turbo engine lower specs with automatic removing 1.5 natural engine for parts sharing with magnite. And turbo engine performance is good but difference between manual and automatic is 2.0 lakh on higher price
Quick Qs to Kicks owners - When locking the doors by pressing the door lock on dashboard I observed that doors are not locked from inside. Is this same with your kicks. I see this is lacking on my kicks. Can someone comment pl
Nissan kicks is best suv but fail in Indian market due to high prices in beginning they should discontinue this model and launch new one in different name with lower price than other competitors like Nissan Megnite than they can survive more Otherwise lunching new kick no use Again will going to be flop
Nissan KICKS failed because of higher pricing at the launch in 2019 against king Creata. Once it's Rejected by Indians it's rejected forever no matter whatever you may offer with changes. Only way out is price the 1.3 Turbo Petrol engine at 1.5 NA & discontinue 1.5. Since Nissan does not have good road presence or portfolio in India they should start offering at 0% interest alongwith 5 years Warranty on major parts, 5 free maintenance Services with all consumables, 5 years RSA. Only than Kicks may survive in India if not then like Captor Tata Bye-bye from India. Indian buyers को Bevkof नहीं समज na chaiye.
@Nick Gurr I agree with you. Yet Nissan priced KICKs best MT variant almost same as Creata's AUTO at the launch in 2019. And that was Suicidal act for Nissan KICKs, inspite of not having good presence or portfolio on road & poor Service Stn Network in India. . Hence I blame Nissan for failure of Kicks in India.
@Nick Gurr Maybe Yes, but its difficult for Nissan to bring customers back to their Showroom & take interest in Kicks. Mind you Magnite offers almost the same cabinspace as Kicks, except Kicks has better powered Petrol engine in 4.3 mts segment. There is no Diesal 1.5 for better efficient & torque. Plus 4.3 mts segment taxes. There is no reason for Customer to buy KICKs as there is no WOW factors against Creata & Seltos except 360° Camera. With Kushaq & Taigun soon to be launched in 1.0 & 1.5 TC Petrol engines. Nissan KICKs will have bib Tata Bye-bye from India very soon. That's my gut feeling. I may be wrong also.
