Justin, thanks brother. I bought one. And love it. One thing wanted to mention. Walk away locking doors. Works great but. If you have the hatch open and close it this future doesn't work. Sometimes it doesn't work but it lets you know if it didn't lock by making alot of beeps. Didn't read other comments so don't know if someone posted this. Thanks for the review. Had doubts about not trying the highlander but like what you had to say. Glad I bought the Pilot T8
Hey Justin... Just leased a new 2021 EX-L Pilot which was delivered to my home. I knew that Honda added a lot of new safety features and because of the Covid (I'm in New York) I wasn't comfortable getting a tutorial from the guy who dropped off the car. Point being, I knew if I searched on RU-vid for a tutorial I'd find one and I'm glad that I found yours !! Some might think it's too long (maybe too much time on the Android Play?) but I thought you did a great job. Very thorough and informative. Happy Holidays and Stay Safe !!
Thanks for going through the infotainment system in detail. Only wish reviewers would add a quick nighttime interior segment so we can see how it looks in dark--something we don't do when we test drive in person.
38:30 thanks for this comparison, IMO the only feature worth upgrading to the Touring (vs. the SE) is the premium sound system. Pretty sure both the EXL and SE also have LED headlights.

On top of that, talking about specifically on the video I personally think the audio (leitmotive) is too loud, thats easy to fix with premiere. Other then that the review is very complete. Hi great video. I just have one question.... Does the 3rd row fit 3 passengers? I only see 2 headrests back there. Should fit 8 passengers without the captain's chairs right?
I liked the video so much I went and bought this car. I would have liked to see how the idle stop worked. I thought it was supposed to be automatic but it doesn’t seem to be working on my car.
do a comparison of the 2021 Honda pilot Touring and the Elite please! I dont think you need to remove the air filter housing to jump start it.. just flup up that pannel with the red + on it. then hook the positive jumper clamp to that and the ground clamp to any metal in the cars engine bay. Honestly I miss the analog gauges. That infomation screen looks VERY low budget and quite boring in comparison to other companies . Also NO more side cameras. now its just a light from the 2016 model. Kinda going backwards if you ask me.. I still dont know why they call this a 7 passenger vehicle . your not going to fit 3 kids back there let alone 3 adults. It sucks the andriod users need to plug into the truck but I do believe Apple car play can just use bluetooth. I would say the Hyundai Paliside is a very strong competitor
I can't for the life of me figure out how to keep the Navigation compass in the screen while driving. It goes away every time I turn the car off. The other apps stay when I turn the car off but not the Navigation. Any suggestions?
I don't believe so.. They changed this a couple years ago and I believe none of them do now. But you may want to call your local store and ask. I do not want to give you the wrong info and I did not see the answer on Honda's website.
