Curious to know if most of their sales goes to rental companies like fleet sales. I see them often available for novelty rental, rarely owned by private individuals

Great review. I to don't like the brakes and how long it takes to shift. But I do like all the attention I get when I am in town riding around. It is the perfect weekend getaway and back road cruiser.

2:44 same thing they did and said in 2009 for the Smart Fortwo automated manual. Can't wait for clutch actuators to frequently go out on these too. They're just garbage period.

Rented one for 8 hours the other day. Got the auto blue black R 2021 model, same model as in video. Auto is very rough, using the paddle shifters was the way to go. Still not impressed. Dad and brother didn't like it either. The model I rented had about 2000 miles on it and was falling apart. Making all kinds of belt noise. Brakes are better than in the past. I drove a 2017 model a few years ago. Better price for these would be around 12-15k. Certainly not worth the 30K they want!

So this is a snowmobile for the road. It seems like it'll be fun at first, but then you eventually realize that it sits in your garage most of the year while you pine about it at work, slowly developing issues from sitting for so long, only to be a headache or require a service before you get to use it the 3-12 times a year that you manage to work it out. Unless you drive it to work just to have a chance to use it a few times before you get sick of the hassle and sell it to some pretentious jock as a present from daddy who will then treat it like crap and wreck it.

It's cool, but I'd buy an Arcimoto before something like this. This looks like it would take up too much space in the garage and it's usability here in the Chicago area would be limited.
