Found this bow, NIB on eBay and bought it for my son for Christmas! We both absolutely love this bow. Very quiet and fast. He couldn’t be happier. No wonder PSE still has this bow in their lineup

If you were to pick one bow out of the pse drive, the torrex for hunting which would you pick or do u recommend anything else over the two in the same price range with a 31” draw? Appreciate the videos.
If I remember correctly the torrex and torrex XT only go to 30” draw. I would say the Drive would be a great choice for that draw and price if you’re wanting to get into a new bow and not spend a ton of money
Both would be very good choices. There is a Torrex long draw version that goes out to 32 in. It is a good bow, however the drive is longer ATA and to me has a more comfy grip. I tend to prefer a longer ATA bow. Before you buy, go to your pro shop and shoot them both and see which you prefer don't think you could go wrong with either.
And how would you compare this to the PSE Embark ? Drive have longer ATA but other specs are pretty similar... any differences between how this two shoots ? Which you would choose between this two ?
IMO the Redemption EKO feels better than either one of the other two. Whatever they did on different from the Status to the redemption made a big difference for me on the feel completely.
PSE Uprising is a pretty decent setup as well as the Bear Royale. If they are already in the 40+lb range look at the Bear Legit or Cruzer G2, or the PSE Stinger.
Hello I'm interested in this bow and I'm getting back in after 20+ years, I'm a strong muscular 215lb 6ft build and ~29 draw length Should I go with the 60 or 70lb ?.. Primary purpose is for Whitetail hunting. I would think 70lb model and reduce it down to 50-55lbs to start to relearn proper skill & form and then later I got the extra power to work up to if needed. (PSE site shows 70lb has 40% adjustment and range of 42-70lbs) or... would say the 60 be more accurate/efficient at 50lbs vs the 70 at 50lbs? Thanks!
If you are comfortable with 70 I would go there. The bow can be adjusted down in poundage so you could start lighter and build up if you need to. No accuracy difference, that part is on you.

As a younger guy that shoot about 48 pounds on my old bow that I’m wanting to upgrade this year. Would you recommend the 70 lbs max or 60lbs max Drive NXT?
