I discuss some of the features of the 2021 Road Glide Limited. Less spec details and more of the feeling this motorcycle gives you. I take a test ride with a passenger and explain what that's like. This bike has the whole package. It's fun to ride, it's smooth with a passenger, and it looks bad ass as far as a full dresser touring bike goes.

I love my 21 limited. I drive it daily and the power !! I just got off my 2010 and finally bought a new one since 2003. I ride long distance in Florida every weekend so this bike hits the road smooth. Did I say I love it.

This is the one Harley that I would not need to make any changes to out of the box. The ergonomics fit me perfectly and the wind management is spot on. Only thing I would add is the heel shifter which was removed from all harleys. For long distance touring it is the perfect Harley.

Great review just picked mine up great bike right it of the box... Added the filler lights like suggested looks clean.. Reinhardt exhaust and led lights and u was good to go!

Thanks for the info … I have a 2001 Road Glide Classic … It’s old school compared to the new ones but it looks and rides like new. I’m glad you mentioned when coming to a stop with a passenger may not be as smooth and a bit challenging for some until you get use to it. 900 + lbs.? plus the weight of the passenger and yourself takes a few stops getting that down nice & smooth but overall the bike rides super nice even in the crosswinds , corners and smooths out the bumpy roads. Loving it!

Just coming off a 2017 ultra limited. I test rode the 2021 road glide limited and really liked it alot.Made a deal for one at my local, just waiting for it to come in. We do travel and do alot of 2up riding. It will be my daily driver as well so I have to get used to it.

Wow that’s an awesome bike! I’m always a Road Glide fan. I’m a 16 year old rider and hope one day to build enough skill to ride a bike like that. Biggest concern is I am a smaller guy; 5’7 122lbs but I know with proper technique and skill it can be done one day.

As long as both feet can be flat on the ground at a stop, the rest will come. Let the bike work for you, and you will be fine :-)

This bike is a way better deal than the RG Special. Great reviews. The center gas cap should open up towards the dash instead of towards the seat. It would make it way easier when refueling. Still like the Ultra LTD Batwing better. That color is sick.

You look very comfortable riding such a heavy bike. That was a very good review, especially with the passenger, haven't seen that yet. Love the color scheme, just wish they'd bring back the pearl charcoal grey. Others have said how stable it is on the freeway even around semis. Even better than Gold Wings etc. I had a GW, it was scary around trucks. My RK is very stable. Harley seems to have it's competitors beat in that area. Am pretty sold on the RG Ltd, just have to test ride one before committing. If dealers are selling and shipping around the country they are not exactly coming out and saying it...you do. I like that, but didn't know it until I read it in your comments. You should include that in the video. And I second the addition of more cameras.

Thanks for your comment Rob. I'm in a similar situation. I have a '19 GW, but I'm not that impressed with it's highway handling. (Or it's luggage capacity) I'm strongly considering going to a RG Limited, and it sounds to me like you're pleased with the move.

Just bought 2021 Limited in Vivid Black last Sunday. Came off a 2018 RGS in Bonneville Salt Pearl. It absolutely is a different ride experience. All the bumps and gotchas that were jarring on the 18 are almost nonexistent now.. And the agility and control are tops. What camera set up do you have attached to the windshield. That is awesome. I moved form a ‘19 heritage to a ‘21 RG limited. My main complaint is having to us the HD branded headset to work with the WHIM. That should be changed and the whim should be standard as it is with the CVO. For myself highway pegs are a must to stretch my legs in a long ride. It’s a very comfortable bike to ride a loaded with features. My issue with the heritage was if your doing a lot of 2 up riding it’s just not as comfortable for the passenger and the top case you can add is not great. So, for myself the RG made sense and the entertainment/ navigation system is much better than earlier versions.

I agree. If you ride 2 up you’ll want a touring frame.

This and other HD beauties at Adam’s HD in Bedford, Texas. When do you expect Touring inventory to start rolling in for 22, and will HD go back to hydraulic clutch? I have a feeling the supply chain shortage was to blame for leaving it off the 21’s.

We’re hoping to have 2022’s on the floor in January/February. You could be right on the switch from hydraulic to cable but I have no information on what to expect. I’ll certainly be giving information out just as soon as I hear it!

Loaded question. I prefer the look of the batwing fairing by far. I prefer the ride of the shark nose. If I had to choose I’d go with the 🦇 batwing is just such a good looking fairing.

I could ride long distance on any touring bike. And some cruisers for that matter. This is just the easiest bike to put miles on. Ultra limited would be second. Car play is pretty nice. I should have talked about that!

Great video just a pro tip is when you ride you have the bad habit of covering the front break with that one finger not the safest way to drive just a tip don't take in bad way can safe your life 😀!

Which pros recommend this? Curious to hear. I know quite a few people that race on track that ride with one or two fingers covering the front brake. Professional racers as well. It increases reaction time and reduces the distance it takes for you to stop.

Plugging your iPhone in with the cord in the right dash pocket is required to get to Apple CarPlay without a WHIM and headsets...

Yep! I’m really not a huge fan of Apple car play. I don’t mind the GPS included with the GTS. I actually like the animation for the lane departure. It’s easy to read. It’s also very intuitive about exactly which lane you need to be in. I’m not certain if CarPlay has this feature.
