I wasn't able to find any videos specific to the b9/9.5 sq5 and how to remove the mirrors so I made one.
Tools Needed: T10 torx

Thank you!! Was able to replace my mirror caps with your video. Just reversed the steps to put it back together. Saved me 250$ cad someone quoted me to change them.

I just tried this and broke the glass. It came off with such force I hit it into the window and it cracked.
