30:54 I absolutely love that homemade 3 chime whistle. Someone has an enthusiastic talent for creating such an amazing sounding whistle. That person is to be commended for their work.
My top 3 favorite whistles I like Norfolk and Western 611 (Hancock 3 Chine) Nickel Plate Road 765 (Nathan 6 Chime) Southern 4501 (Southern 3 Chime) I like the sound of the whistle she was talking to you that's music to my ears, Steven on the scale of 1 to 10: it's like going to a Rock Concert to hear the whistles echoing in the mountains I giving it a 25++++✔️✔️✔️ Steven, you Rock Bro Wishing you and your family a very blessed Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Mayor Fawbush of NASCAR Tri-Cities Racing Region Series Merry Christmas, Bro
That CP 4 chime is a new whistle to add to my list, I never knew that type even existed. And I’m glad I know it now, it’s a rather unique sound. I wonder what it would sound like on a larger locomotive like C&O/WMSR 1309
I don’t know why but 1702’s SR 3 chime sounds more like a Pennsylvania Railroad 3 chime than a Southern 3 chime. 154, 70’s C of G Crosby, and 4501’s whistles are my favorites out of all of these.
God the way that they have 611's whistle tuned makes it sound like it's drowning, at least when they aren't letting it rip all the way. Other than that she's a fine machine, I plan on seeing her hopefully soon. Definite favorite here is the Canadian Pacific 4 Chime!
@@stevensainerailfanproductions Me and my mom were on Facebook last night and saw a post saying why it isn't restored. It sayed that it might be restored in 2022 (this year lol)
