I could be wrong, but if I'm not mistaken it had to do with new emission requirements that the Kukje didn't meet. Either way I am happy to see TYM back with Yanmar, we've been running Yanmar tractors and John Deere tractors with Yanmar engines on our farm for years and they have been super reliable and strong!
