A thought, if you drill a hole & put a plug in, I suggest placing it on the lower left side (driver side) of the panel. It might be a little more out of the way. Route the wire behind the fridge… there, my two cents. Thanks

@@gerrynightingale9045 agreed. I very much enjoy this. The crickets and mantis are structurally made very well. You don’t see very many campers that wld dare to show you their framing. I also think they should last a long time. I’d not heard of a Recon Envy. I googled it and it looks good for the class it’s in. I’m building a Chevy Express van. It’s slightly bigger than that but same concept.

@@gerrynightingale9045 I agree. Actually looking at some Class C’s. Had the Class B Winnie Revel. Nice dig. But small. Looking at the Minnie Winnie now. Will see how it goes.
@@philstark7420 so the Jeep tow rating is pretty low. You will have to look on the sticker on your own. I’m guessing 2000 pounds tow rating. So technically you could pull it. But I generally do not like towing close to my limit. The 2 door toes less than the 4. I think it’s mostly to do with them having a shorter wheelbase. Hope that helps.
@@philstark7420 yes. I had to pull in manual mode so i could maintain the gears myself. When I did that it was fine. But i also live in CO at high elevation. Check out my after towing video. I discuss this there.
Curious WHY the need for the supplimental Goal Zero if you already have a Battle Born lithium in your system? Shouldn't the BB lithium be enough battery to power the Dometic fridge, lighting and fan? There aren't a lot of Cricket mod videos on youtube, so I (we, as in potential buyers) really appreciate your efforts.
Hi Dave G. It all comes down to personal preference based on your power requirements. I like having the goal zero as a backup to my BattleBorn. It was definitely more necessary with the stock AGM.
I thought the iNet ready feature was only available in Europe or something like that. I heard One of the technicians say something like that in a walkthrough.
Hmm. Thats curious. Not sure why they would come with it on there. I know the Aistream Basecamp I had a few years ago had that too. Maybe a feature they buy with the system but is only used in Europe. Not sure why it wouldn't be possible to activate here regardless.
@@Noold ah yep. The age old conflict living in the city and having toys. Recently had to move out just to defeat that. You can always air down to put in garage. It’ll be close. Buy a little compressor to air up when time to use.
