@@francesco96frcs50 This is the right amount of power for that engine, 115, 150 ps. Anything over, a little too much already. But thats only my opinion. Its not always like this but usually the less power you have, the longer the engine is going to last.
@@francesco96frcs50 115 hp from a 2 liter engine is better than having them from a 1.6. Bigger displacement means faster and more relaxed, better power delivery, not to mention fuel economy might be on par if not better than the 1.6 TDI
gaspedal responde, at eco you can push lot but it will accelerate less, at sport if you push at gaspedal a bit gas goes faster. And steering wheel soft or sporty.
This is badly designed. Or... it is only designed to cruise at 120kmh and higher. I have one. I used to have an Audi A3 1.6 tdi with 110hp. That used to drive smoothly at low revs with no exhaust farting at those low approx 1100 rpm revs. I used to get 3.5-3.7 l /100 km with that combination. This golf 8 motor and exhaust combination is badly suited for low revs. The whole drive train shudders when driving at the same 1100 rpm, however the computer recommends that rpm and when you change up to a smooth rpm (at Least 1500 rpm) then it says to change down to save fuel... the it does the exhaust farty thing. Which causes vibrations through the drive train and parts will break or get cracks sooner rather than later.. so with the Golf 8 I am requiring a whole Liter more than the Audi per 100km. No change in driving style . To stop the droning you simply have to drive with higher revs... which costs diesel. Crap. They spent NO money on this motor and exhaust combination.
