The “older” model, from 2019 looked better with the GTI writing to the left side of the trunk instead of right in the middle. It kinda looks awkward on this one.

Fiesta is big fun for younger people for short distances....Polo is a real car (not noisy, good seats) with great long distance quality....and very fuelsaving.....just drove 500 km through Belgium with around 100 km/h speed......amazing low consumption of just 4.4 Liters.....extremely carefull driving....but around 7 Liters is usual driving and even around 150 to 210 km/h stays under 8 Liters.

Way to much cheap, scratchy plastic inside. I had a Polo for a few weeks and honestly the interior doesn't reflect the price at all. Even a Fabia feels more premium inside

Car's too light, to get that much power on the road properly - no traction. Would need 4WD to do that.

@@TheFunkyair The 1.4 TSI in the Polo V 6R GTI (pre-facelift) was the old VW-EA-111-engine, twincharged with the unreliable timing chains. They changed it to the more reliable EA 888 1.8 TSI version since 2014.

I own the GTI 200 HP. At the start, the wheels nearly loose contact at full power already......the differential is just electronic...not mechanic like in Golf GTI. A tuning to 235 hp for instance just would be an effort above 45 miles speed.....main effect maybe 120 to 230. There's definitely a big reason, that Golf R has 4 wheel drive. Watch Honda Civic R Videos....very difficile, to get the 320 hp on the street. No chance against Audi Quattro TT Roadster or Hyundai 30 N

Why didn‘t you Shift in the 7th gear. The Polo has a 7-Speed DSG.

The GTI up until MY21 only has a 6-Speed-DSG. The MY22 has an updated engine with now 205 bhp (+5 bhp) and a 7-speed-DSG.

@@bumbduumm2621 The announcement of the renewal is less than a week old. The updated engine won't arrive on the market within the next 3 months, I'd say. The model from the video was probably registered in 2021 for the first time, or his "2021" means MY21. The MY21 was orderable until 08/2020.

No..... GTI is only petrol engine based. The I in GTI means Injection and it is a petrol based fuel injection. Only the Golf has a GTD which is kind of similar to the GTI, the D in GTD stands for Diesel.
